Did the Digital Era urge the need for Knowledge and Innovation Ecosystems?

Well, yes, it did, But why? Let’s look at it from our lenses.

The digital era impacted the way we do things in all aspects and dimensions. Governments and organizations have been trying to leverage the power of technology to do more with less, and with the rise of this digital revolution, agility becomes a unique competitive edge for any organization trying to address big challenges through creating and developing sustainable exponential solutions. Agile digital transformation creates the needed dynamic for any ecosystem and its components and stakeholders to develop a long-term exponential impact through fast incremental small steps.

In the presence of such ecosystems, start-ups and MSMEs will be empowered and equipped with everything they possibly need to succeed in reaching sustainable exponential impact.

How about we narrow it down to the context of the Middle East?

In the Middle East and around the world, digital technologies are disrupting every aspect of business, government, and individuals’ lives.

Hence, many questions arise on how to leverage these digital technologies and the power of disruption it possesses to build a knowledge and innovation ecosystem that might help deliver sustainable exponential solutions for the region and the world.

But along the way, what are some of the challenges that might need to be considered?
