INTEROCEANIC CORPORATION APPOINTS RODERICK ST.PIERRE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Interoceanic Corporation announced the appointment of Roderick St. Pierre, Esq. to its Board of Directors. St. Pierre graduated from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He started his legal career in the law department of Mutual of New York in New York City. Thereafter, he became Assistant Legal Counsel with Continental Copper and Steel, Inc., an international copper mining company located in New York City. Presently, he is the principal owner of St. Pierre & St. Pierre, P.C. Attorneys At Law, with offices in Shrewsbury and Mashpee, Massachusetts specializing in real estate and land use development.

Rod's appointment to the Board will bring a unique mix of knowledge in both the legal and commodities sectors, thereby adding additional value to strategic planning, financial oversight and ensuring legal compliance.
