Internships In the Education Space

It has been proven for over 20 years that Internship programs and Interns are the backbone and catalyst of any industry whether it may be Marketing , Finance , Public Relations and Health Industries. It has been displayed many times over by companies and schools that Interns have played a major role In the success of any organizations , businesses and schools.

As a young Bachelor of Education student my first four years starting my career I have gone through a series of Internship programs and Apprenticeships and what I have learned through that process is absolutely paramount . Interns are known to be 'hands on ' , Initiative orientated , smart , well read and driven to achieve company goals and objectives

Regardless of their Inexperience in the respective industries they have chosen Interns have shown a 'spark' of competency and potential of developing into leaders of an organization .

Interns complete and achieve the day to day responsibilities that their 'mentors' would not be capable of achieving or even completing the work on time , they find pride and opportunity in doing the so called ' Menial ' day to day tasks and help ease the burden of other experienced employed staff members within the company .

Interns are known to be youthful , vibrant and always going the extra mile to ensure they live up to their best potential and they treat everyday as a learning process .With the right training programs including workshops , seminars , zoom meetings and weekly evaluations there is no telling the heights that Interns can reach .
