??Internship at TESLA: A Growth Odyssey ??

Reflecting on Fall 2023, my internship at TESLA as a Business Analyst has been a transformative journey of learning and growth. This experience has not only honed my professional skills but also underscored the significance of personal development through immersive leadership training.

During my tenure at Tesla, I delved into various facets of the company, gaining a profound understanding of Tesla's mission, and witnessing the collaborative efforts of different departments propelling its remarkable success. The Tesla team's warm embrace from day one made me feel integral to their incredible workforce, fostering a sense of belonging.

Engaging with diverse teams emerged as a highlight, providing an enlightening experience enriched by their insights and guidance, leaving a lasting impression on me. Throughout this period, I had the privilege of contributing to diverse projects, ranging from building dashboards for Tooling consumption at Tesla Collision sites to automating operational workflows and performing cost analysis for new tooling equipment.

I extend immense gratitude to my manager, Paul Larsen for providing this invaluable internship opportunity. My teammates played a pivotal role, guiding me through projects while being receptive to my ideas. Special thanks to Jennifer Hardesty and Alyssa L. for fostering a supportive environment for all interns.

This internship has been truly enriching, and I am excited to carry these acquired skills and knowledge into my promising career, aiming to make a positive impact in the industry.
