Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products and services.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to help shape future marketing plans.
3. Content Creation: Collaborate with team members to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
4. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and identifying trends.
5. Event & Promotion Support: Help organize, coordinate, and execute marketing events, promotions, and online/offline campaigns.
6. Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and provide insights that will aid in making data-driven marketing decisions.
7. Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
8. Email Marketing: Support the marketing team in creating, sending, and tracking email marketing campaigns.
9. CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and organization.
10. Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the marketing team on various projects, providing support where needed and contributing creative ideas for improving marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and error-free content.
• Social Media: Familiarity with social media platforms and the basics of managing professional social media accounts.
• Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Creativity: Innovative thinking and a creative mindset for developing new content and ideas.
• Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while handling various marketing tasks.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of graphic design tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support various marketing projects.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced marketing environment.
