International Women`s Leadership Programme

Dear Friends, dear Colleagues, 

We would like to bring to your attention to an innovative transformative leadership programme for senior and mid-level women leaders in international environments. The blended learning programme consists of an online complexity assessment and development component and a 5 days intensive retreat April 23 - 28, followed up by individual coaching

This programme is for women leaders who feel they are experiencing personal and professional limitations to their effectiveness and want to step up their efforts to advance their individual careers, their impact, their personal development, and their sense of fulfilment.
