CTS are proud to celebrate women in AV and in light of International Women's Day, we are putting a spotlight on our all-female Consulting team. Aleksandra Deren, Anna Aubusson & Lauren Addison are not only experts in their field, but they are also exceptional leaders, paving the way for equality today for a sustainable tomorrow as sustainable practices are at the forefront of their work. Today we celebrate the perspective they bring to CTS & AV as we reached out to them to learn what they considered to be the most important contribution to a sustainable future in the AV industry.

?Aleksandra is a skilled technology consultant and design manager who has established an industry reputation as a top audio and sound system designer. She is a member of the AVIXA Women Council and Women in Construction Association (NAWIC) as well as an avid sustainability enthusiast.

"During International Women’s Day / Week and working in a male dominated industry I find it a no brainer to say Gender Equality (Sustainable Development Goal #5) is the most important contribution in our industry for a sustainable future.
We have come in leaps and bounds in the last decade however, many challenges remain, women continue to be underrepresented at all levels of leadership, and discriminatory laws and social norms remain prevalent.
