We celebrate all of the incredible women we have worked with and placed over the years, today and every day!

Since launching Steven John & Associates in 2016, we have had the great honor of working with, and placing, some of the most talented lawyers in the business. We are proud of every one of those placements because the lawyers our clients hire truly are the best.

Our track record for recruiting women lawyers to exceptional in-house leadership roles is a hallmark of our success. Nearly 70 percent of our placed attorneys are women. This talented cohort includes stars like Jennifer Shipp, General Counsel at the Heising-Simons Foundation, and Elise Traynum, General Counsel of the ACLU of Northern California. In addition to those General Counsel appointments, the women we've placed have taken important programmatic leadership roles in law and policy.
