This is an investor fund
They fund any project in the United States and international from 13 million to a few billion. They will?fund 100%?with no money out your clients pocket but?will ask for equity in exchange which is negotiable. Also you need to have 20 to 30% cash on your or client's side to put into the project. The money never leaves your account it's just the Equity investor needs to know you have that money to put into your project.

I raise funds for all types of business, real estate and oil & gas and entertainment and?IT?software etc. ?Most of the investors work on your clients having 10% to 20% of cash capital to invest in their project?and if they like the deal they will put in the rest of the 80% to 90% , some of them may fund 100%?but your clients would already have spent money on their project already and then they have to show receipts and bank statements as proof , regardless, if they fund you , they will either ask for equity or?it?will be just a straight loan or maybe both.

I work on only big deals 10 M and up to several billion. We work fast, within 30 days and sometimes?it?may take longer. Due to the virus lockdown?it?may take a little longer but we do have investors that are ready now. They have a 10 Million minimum so you need to ask for that if you want to deal with them. I do have other investors with lower requirements like 1 M possible to 5 M but they work a little slower but sometimes?it?may be quick.
?I also have another lender investor that do stock/securities loans. If you client has any stock , securities or bonds that are worth anything,?the lender can use that as collateral and fund you 3 times as much and within 5 days or a week.
The reason they work so fast they underwrite their own money. Whatever projects that you have, you don't have to send the project summaries yet,?Just tell me how much they need and what type of business and funds will be used for and if they have 10-20% cash and how much they have and if not did they spend money on the project already, and what I'll do is relay?it?to my reps around the world that are connected to the investors or lenders.

3 个月Thanks Asim Rasheed. I have 3 proposals for design, build and sell medium cost houses in form of landed and high- rise type located in Johor, Selangor and Perak Malaysia. Total GDV estimated USD 250 million. My company is doing the Project Management for the Developers. Can you work out for the funds within 50% of the GDC. GDC is estimated USD 185 million. The Developers are willing to offer the funder a profit sharing at 60:40 and the Project as the Security. The draw down will refer to the cash flow and approval from both parties.
