This year, we’re introducing the "Future of You" Challenge: Extended Edition, a two-week journey designed to help you learn a basic tech skill related to an area of self-care you'd like to improve. Whether you're interested in mindfulness, fitness, productivity, or mental health, there’s a tech skill that can enhance your self-care routine.

Challenge Overview

Over the next two weeks, you’ll embark on a journey to level up your life by integrating a tech skill into your self-care practices. Each day, you’ll receive prompts and tasks that guide you through the learning process, complete with resources and links to help you along the way.

Week 1: Setting the Foundation

Day 1: Set Your Goal and Choose Your Skill

Prompt: Reflect on your self-care needs and set a specific goal. Do you want to manage stress better? Improve your fitness? Boost your productivity? Once you've identified your goal, choose a tech skill that aligns with it. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Mindfulness and Meditation: Learn to use mindfulness apps like Headspace or Calm.
  • Fitness and Health Tracking: Get started with fitness trackers or apps like MyFitnessPal or Fitbit.
  • Productivity: Explore productivity tools like Trello, To do List, or Notion.
