In a classic Pickwick Papers quip ‘if the law supposes that," said Mr. Bumble, squeezing his hat emphatically in both hands, "the law is an ass — an idiot. If that's the eye of the law, the law is a bachelor; and the worst I wish the law is that his eye may be opened by experience— by experience.” Efforts are on by the present genre of Legal experts for much of our Criminal law to be refined or redefined. Much of it revolving on variations of the classic CRPC and IPC which is certainly not moribund quietly durable over time. Never mind that it was made by an Englishman or such others – what matters in Law and in Science is that it works.
One of the worse things that can happen to any jurisprudence is an interpretation of law in a confused state of mind. Leading to the clichéd term “Confusion worse Confounded” the actual term in today’s AI driven" Speed of light data retrieval and analysis" is actually “Confounded because of Confusion”. It is axiomatic that with the emergence of the sciences, confusion has been rescued from its moribund existence of being a source of the confounding. See the conundrum that exists in terms of respecting sovereignty:

You let a terrorist organization that actually perpetrates military operations such as bombing civilian targets such as New York 9/11 or even India attacks in Mumbai metros, Taj hotel, even parliament, and Bomb Air India operations what are the actions taken in a foreign soil against these perpetrators?:

§? Homilies on how not to interfere into internal matters
§? Allow attacks on embassies in its soil
·???????? What is the recourse of International law in terms of agreed bilateral or even multilateral agreements to battle terrorism? The above? One fails to understand the logic. Retaliatory strikes such as Balakot, the Iran – Israel attrition will happen if International law does not have multilateral cohesion regards respect of sovereignties. The totalitarian governments, dictatorships and religious ideologues towards world dominance have their own agenda.? At least democracies should not confuse to confound. This is not a knee jerk game Sirs!? Nonchalance will be costly for the entire world.
