International Humanitarian Law
International Humanitarian Law consists of principles and rules aimed at protecting persons and property that are affected by armed conflict and at restricting the methods and means of ware fare used Historically ,it has comprised the Geneva Law and the Huge law.
The Geneva law encompass the rules relating to primarily to the protection of persons not taking part in the hostilities.
The Huge law primarily encompass the rules determining the rights and obligations of the Waring parties in the conduct of the hostilities and limiting their choice of the means and methods of ware fare.
