Headquartered in Bristol, Amdaris?has?become one of the UK's fastest-growing tech companies, successfully scaling its operations and opening new offices in Bulgaria and Ukraine during our three-year partnership.

This?investment period has seen Amdaris deliver exceptional organic growth, with the business now being acquired by Fortune 500 solutions integrator Insight Enterprises. We wish the team all the best in this?next stage of their exciting growth journey!

August also saw us exit our investment in?market-leading?pipeline technology company STATS, which was?acquired by global trading and investment firm Mitsui & Co.

The Kintore-based business marked BGF's first-ever deal in Scotland, back in 2012. It has since quadrupled in size, significantly expanding its international footprint in the process.
