International Coffee Day
What could be better to do on a cold and rainy International Coffee day than to curl up with a good book, especially one that is more than 100 years old!
I recently found on the Internet on the Gutenberg Project (which makes available, in digital form, out-of-copyright books) a copy of the classic All About Coffee, by William Ukers, who used to be editor of the The Tea and Coffee Trade Journal.
This book is a classic of its time, has lots of illustrations and highly recommended. Check it out to see how much coffee has and hasn't changed over the last century.
