Role Overview:

We are actively seeking an ambitious, result-driven Internal Sales Professional who has a passion for light commercial vehicles, particularly 4x4s and their related accessories. Responsibilities:

  • As the Internal Sales Professional, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, dealing with inquiries and product needs via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face appointments. Your tasks will include building and maintaining solid relationships with our existing customers, consistently exceeding their expectations.?
  • You will also handle customer calls and emails, provide dedicated advice, and generate quotations and invoices. Post-sales support and follow-up on prior quotations will be part of your responsibilities too. Your extensive knowledge of 4x4 vehicle specifications and compatible products will guide customers efficiently in their purchase decisions.?
  • Staying apprised of industry trends, product advancements, and competitor activities is essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks, sales and customer orders related documentation, as well as offering team assistance as needed, are part of your role.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess significant sales experience, ideally within the vehicle accessory or 4WD leisure markets. You will have a passion for 4x4 vehicles along with in-depth knowledge of various brands, models, and their compatibility with accessories.??

Ability to attend trade shows or industry events periodically is desired. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. You should be self-motivated yet comfortable working in a team environment. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
