The IRS computers were shut down to update for the processing of the 2024 returns as of December 26, 2024.

Well, the good news is that the Internal Revenue Service, opened up their systems. As of now, the IRS is ready to accept the 2024, 1065 (formal partnership and limited liability companies), 1120 Corporate Income Tax Return, 1120 S Sub Chapter S Corporation returns, 2023 and 2022 tax returns.

Unfortunately, the 2021 and prior returns now on needs to be mailed to the designated address if by private delivery service or the designated P. O . Box.
