Working with internal recruiters does not mean you can’t or shouldn’t ask an external expert recruiter for help.
For some specific positions your internal recruiter team might not have enough knowledge of the market, sector, requirements etc. That is not a bad thing, you can’t be an expert on all areas.
But it will be a problem if you then don’t get help from an expert recruiter.
In the end you will end up with no candidate at all, or at best a candidate that is not top notch. This will cost you time and money.
An expert recruiter will know, after a good briefing of course, where and what to search and will come up with the top candidates. Saving you time and a lot of money.
