1 周Very insightful. I also feel that IC professionals should look at developing content/ pieces which are crisp and edible esp in today's world of reels and stories. Additionally, one thing that we should continue doing is Building Relationships (an extension to good listening skills) to ensure the strategies or initiatives are aligned to the business.
