Intermittent Fasting Schedule for Seborrheic Dermatitis

One example of this would be to follow a 16/8 intermittent fasting schedule, where you fast for 16 hours and eat during an 8-hour window, and during that eating window only eat foods that are anti-inflammatory and avoid the bad foods listed above. Another example would be to do a 5:2 diet, where you eat normally for 5 days and restrict calories for 2 non-consecutive days, while also avoiding the bad foods listed above consistently.
