Intermediate/Senior Level Interior Designer

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in high-end residential design. However, we are willing to interview candidates who have experience in other fields
• Excellent conceptual design skills including concept presentations and hard and soft finishes boards
• Strong technical skills including experience with full working drawings and cabinetry details
• Ability to liaise with clients as well as subcontractors on site
• The candidate will need to call for quotes and do follow ups for budget purposes
• Work across all phases of a project from inception to completion
• Must be a team player with good time management and the ability to work under pressure
• No clock-watchers. Overtime will be required when deadlines need to be met
