We are in search of a highly skilled interior designer, with 3-5 years’ experience in crafting high-end residential projects. Someone who can demonstrate a passion for design, is confident, trustworthy and proactive. A team player, who is open to feedback and has a positive energy.
The Role
As an Interior Designer, you’ll assist in delivering a wide range of luxury projects from concept design and presentations through to FF&E selection, production of detailed design information and completion.
You will be responsible for tracking the production of all drawings and other information required by the architects and contractors. You’ll be carrying out detailed and accurate drawing packages in line with Client Brief and Senior Designer guidelines and monitoring the budget for each project.
Roles & Responsibilities
??Oversee multiple large and small-scale projects.
??Developing mood, concept and presentations
? Presentation and design conceptualisation skills either through hand sketches or 3D models to effectively and quickly communicate design ideas.
? Working closely with Senior members of the team to deliver high-end projects
??Build strong relationships with our clients, winning their trust and confidence throughout the creative process.
??Be a professional representative of the company with the ability to present design concepts and ideas with confidence and passion.
??Active participant in Studio life and lead by example.
? Work closely with our workshop and site teams.
Knowledge & Experience
? Experienced working on multiple fast-paced, short and long-term projects
? 3-5 years experience in high-end residential is a must

? Expert in space planning and concept development, working on projects and potentially leading from concept to delivery.
? Familiarity with UK and International suppliers from high-end sector, with an ability to source pieces, both new and vintage, and a keen eye for colour.
??Excellent time management skills.
??Strong multi-tasking skills; able to switch between design and project management aspects of multiple projects both on and off-site.
??Proven experience producing detailed design packages including construction drawings, schedules, specifications, costings and value engineering.
? Experience in creating sketches/ 3D renders/visuals using SketchUp is advantageous
? Experience in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/ Photoshop) programs is a must.
??Exceptional attention to detail.
??Liaising with architects, consultants, specialists and suppliers.
??A strong knowledge of construction methods
