Workforce Programme Manager? (London)

Employee Relations (ER) Manager (East of England)

• Band 8b - Inside IR35
• Duration: 3 months
• Onsite
• The role will provide ER support to staff at all levels
• Requires excellent communication skills and a coaching management style

You will be a key member of the HR function and support the trust as it looks to move forwards after the last couple of very challenging years. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all ER cases are managed in an efficient and timely manner and for providing ER metrics to the trust as required. Contact Mark.

Nursing and Quality Consultant?(Northamptonshire)

• ￡400-￡450 pd - Inside IR35
• Duration: 3 months
• Hybrid working
• ?Private provider
• Nursing and governance experience in Mental Health and Learning Development ideally with an active PIN required

You will also be very experienced in CQC preparations including governance, quality and risk, and be conversant with the regulator's current requirements and KLOEs. Contact Andrew.
