Biggest Energy Company with a group of 36 companies. Clear Business Process Owners for each Function who was designated responsibility to collate all 36 companies Business requirement and all 36 Companies has been bifurcated into 5 segments and Each Segment owner was fixed to standardize the Process. Re-implementation of 33 ERP Modules implemented with 15 Customization and 12 major Interfaces in a record span of 14 months

ii.?????15 Customization was made based on business needs and not offered by Standard Functionalities / workarounds in ERP System

iii.?????Custom reports in Previous ERP System was 1180 brought down by CIO to 390 based on last one year usage of Reports – Quick Decision

iv.?????Data Validation in new ERP after Data Loading & Verification for all 36 Companies done by Business Process Owners In-charge on a very short duration and Confirmed that everything was loaded perfectly with no deviation
