Interesting AI Instruments

The below is a hodgepodge of AI tools I thought were useful. All are business-related in one way or the other.

Just wanted to comment about some tools that I find useful; there are many more out there as well as many more to come.

OpenAI GPT Builder – Allows you to build your own GPT that can focus on a specific subject or task that you specify.

• For example, you could create your own GPT assistant chatbot that can answer all types of questions you may have about your small business by training it on all your businesses data, documents, and files
• You could ask, what was the revenue growth rate in the past holiday season and what segments were the main drivers?
• In the past year, what were the businesses largest weaknesses in regard to bottom line growth? What were the slowest growing revenue sources or largest expense drags; what may be the reasons for this weakness

Has web browsing capabilities so your GPT can have all the information available on the internet. This can help you ask questions to your GPT to find competitor or industry insights.

• Allows you connect with outside sources using APIs to get stock data, the weather, or even internal business systems. The GPT helps you communicate with the API endpoint.

Another example: if you’re a student, you could upload your textbook and ask questions against your textbook

• You could have a personal assistant that knows all the information in your class while also having full access to the internet to cover gaps

ChatRTX – NVIDIA created AI builder that lets search your files more efficiently. Ask questions against all your files

Lets you create your own GPT model based on your own files.

You can ask questions about information that you have stored in your files and save time from looking around trying to find it

For example: “when is my company’s next meeting?” or “what is signature pasta recipe?” or “what are the class codes of the classes I took last semester?”

Microsoft AI Builder (Power Automate) – Really good at extracting data from a variety of data sources (invoices, barcodes, receipts, documentation, etc…) and automating the process

Detect whether text is positive or negative and sort it accordingly (customer feedback)

Identify objects within an image

Extract needed information from pdf invoices within emails and automatically upload them to excel

UI Path Clipboard AI – tracks human movement on computers and can reproduce said tasks automatically

Automatically fill out online forms from a variety of sources based on the naming of the fields

Copy and paste data from pdf documents into excel files

Basically replaces any sort of manual copy and paste processes. Extremely versatile in order to adapt to whatever various functions that may need to be conducted.
