We offer a solutions platform that provides developers with cutting-edge, smooth and reliable multi-sensory experiences, as well as the tools needed to create and sell Meta Reality experiences for and to potential clients.

Our technology's hyper-realistic content enables users to experience and interact with a project from anywhere in the world. YUPIX can put projects in front of buyers months or years before they are completed, allowing buyers to customize their purchases and real estate developers to sell high-value projects before they are built.

How does YUPIX help my business?

How much does YUPIX cost?

Every project is different. The total cost of YUPIX is determined by the project specifications, which include the number of zones developed and the value added by the YUPIX meta reality Experience. The fee will also be affected by the availability of 3D floor plan renderings.

What is a zone??

A zone is a single area where potential clients can walk around and experience the development. A zone is defined by its walkable and viewable areas. The maximum walkable area of a zone is determined by the dimensions of the Arena. For example, a 1-bedroom apartment is equivalent to 1 zone.

How many zones are included in a YUPIX Experience?

You can order as many zones as you wish. To discuss the minimum number of zones for your project, contact us.

How long does it take to create the content and launch the Arena?

Timelines depend on the complexity of the project. As a rule of thumb, you can expect a batch of 4 zones to be completed within 3 months.

Timelines are discussed during the contracting process and custom arrangements can be made to meet the project specifications. We recommend involving YUPIX early in the development process to reduce costs and speed up time to market.?

How much space does a YUPIX Arena take up?

We recommend a 7,000 square foot space for the Arena, but we can accommodate slightly smaller spaces. Please get in touch if you have questions about the size of your space.

Do I still need a sales center, model units, and sales agents?

The makeup of your sales toolkit is up to you. YUPIX excels at wowing potential clients and can provide them a better sense of the development's experience, amenities, and views than is otherwise possible.

Many clients choose to use a YUPIX Arena as their sales center rather than build model units. Sales agents may be useful for closing deals following a YUPIX Experience.

Can I customize the YUPIX Experience for my project?

Yes, the Experience can be tailored to your project and customer needs. In addition to customizing the content and music, you can choose to have a real estate agent present to answer questions about your project during or after the Experience. We anticipate more opportunities to customize furniture, finishes, and digital art in the future.

What do I need to create a quote?

You will need to provide your project floor plans, a list of the areas that you would like to showcase, and an approximate timeframe for project completion. Please include any 3D renderings of your project, if available (3D files are preferred).

?From there, you will work with YUPIX to determine the scope of work and receive a customized quote.
