Horizon has built a state of the art Fiber Optic Network throughout Ohio and Northern West Virginia.  My goal is to empower your organization to win more opportunities with this tremendous new asset.  I am looking for wholesale partners, IT integrators, VARS, agents, ISPs, and adjoining fiber optic networks that are interested in establishing a wholesale relationship with Horizon.   We operate over 40 POPs and are built into several key data centers in the region.  I would like to talk with you whether you are interested buying or selling type II fiber optic access circuits.
