Intensive Small Audience Pricing Workshop - Noon Thursday 20th May "How to Price on Your Worth"
The pricing of advice on value is quite well known as a concept, but not very well understood in practice.
Pricing on value is based upon a simple idea that advisers should be paid based upon what they are worth to their clients. Unlike the pricing of retainers based upon the amount of funds, the pricing of loans on amount of debt, the pricing of tax advice based upon hours which are all examples of pricing on advice 'inputs', pricing on worth is a more controllable example of pricing on advice 'outputs' - what individual clients believe are the worth of the advice and advisory relationship.
To enable in-depth discussions of the presented precedents, principals and tools, the May 20 virtual Workshop is a small audience. The two-hour workshop will have limited seating (approx. 10-12 participants) with a maximum of two participants per firm for each registration. Each participant will be expected to join separately (i.e. not multiple attendees around a Board table) and the session and materials will be delivered using Zoom.
For advisers who consider price as being the most important determinant of their profit, this workshop will provide the proven models, precedents and principles to fast-track the future standard of pricing - client value, rather than continuing to price in the last century using the amount of product or hours worked.
Registration fees for this unique Pricing Workshop are $890+Gst. These enable up to a maximum of two participants from the same firm.
So, regardless if you are a veteran of value pricing or still considering your first attempt, click on the link above to learn more about the May 20 Pricing Workshop. Also, note for all paid registrations made by May 13, I will also provide a hard copy of my new book - What Price Value - to be released in early Spring 2021.
These are the best of times to be building new advisory firms upon the 'gold' standard of pricing - the worth of advice as judged by only those who can - clients.
Any questions? - please don't hesitate to hit reply...
Cheers,
Jim
PS - Please note Workshop recordings of the proceedings will only be made available to those that participate. There will be no recordings available for those that missed the Workshop - we will instead try to accommodate a seat at a future event.
