INTELLUS WORLDWIDE SUMMIT: KEY TAKEAWAYS
The Intellus Worldwide 2023 Summit took place March 1-3, with Day 2 being the primary day of sessions. While Insagic was launching at the time of the conference, some of our colleagues were able to attend.
There were three tracks of sessions for the majority of that day. The space was split with vendor booths on the main floor and most sessions taking place on the floor above, with vendor booths only open through Thursday.
There were several hot topics peppered across the sessions, most notably: artificial intelligence (AI), patient-centricity, and diversity.
TECH AND AI FOCUS
There were several sessions that touched on the topic of AI, whether it was predictive, generative, or evaluative, including a few ChatGBT references, as expected. There were conversations around using AI to enhance brand messaging, leveraging the Metaverse as an AI tool, using AI paired with qualitative data, and using technology (AI in particular) to improve outcomes.
PATIENT FOCUS
Another main focus of discussion was around the holistic and human-centric view of the patient. Topics focused on the importance of seeing the whole person, beyond just the part that is a patient; putting the customer first; and co-creating the brand with the customer.
DIVERSITY FOCUS
From panelists to design research to clinical trial participation to the HCP perspective, diversity was another hot topic at the Summit.?
2023: A YEAR OF REINVENTION
Aside from the session topics, one other trend we noted was that Insagic wasn’t the only new brand on-site at the Summit. Several other vendors were launching new branding and new names, as well.
Overall, it was great to see people in person, and it was especially good to see more clients returning to in-person events.?
