Intelligent data as a Service (IdaaS)

Dear Readers,

We're introducing a new term, IdaaS, not to be confused with IDaaS (Identity as a Service). More on this after the pre-amble (read small talk).

The one-year anniversary of the DMR Digest is on January 16th, 2024. We've published 27 digests—this is the 28th—averaging one every two weeks. The style and content have evolved; starting as an impersonal article, it transformed into a piece that feels more like a conversation. However, it remains one-sided for now, but as we grow, I hope readers will voice their opinions in the comment section. To date, we've only received 30 comments, mostly from "friendlies."

Volker Ballueder wins the prize of the most engaged reader—a 3-month free Brand Health Online Scorecard for a CEO of his choice for 3 months.

Now, back to today's news, a significant milestone in DMR's existence:

We're naming our sandbox: Intelligent data as a Service (IdaaS). This encapsulates what we've been doing for years, but the difference is that now life became simpler for our clients.

They don't need to worry about perfecting boolean logic for their online post gathering queries. Our (custom) noise elimination AI takes care of that. They also don't need to fret over how the data is visualized for their teams; the software, format, and structure are entirely customized to their needs, brimming with "ready-to-eat" customer insights.

This is big dear readers, so stay tuned for more information or if you do not want to wait until the next digest feel free to reach out... in the comments section :).

In other news:

  • DataVinci has advanced beyond the MVP stage; it's now in alpha and will soon be shared with a select few clients to gather reactions. In case you missed the previous digest, DataVinci is DMR's Generative AI allowing CEOs and C-suite execs to interrogate their datasets using natural language. It's more accurate, cost-effective, and faster than ChatGPT because it operates on a relatively "small" dataset compared to the entire web.
  • The first institutional funding round is completed
  • Recruitment of new team members required to deliver on the plan is almost done.
  • A term sheet is under negotiation with one of our go-to-market agency partners
  • One of our top priorities is to re-launch our website - currently in discussions with web designers.
  • An article about Switzerland's image after the Credit Suisse Collapse has been published on the IMD website. The article is based on data that DMR gathered and automatically tagged using its proprietary listening247 platform for IMD's Peter Nathanial and Insead's Prof. Ludo van der Heyden.

Happy Holidays and talk soon!

Michalis
