Pattern Coating?

With a constant focus on innovation, Drytac has developed a pattern coating process which enables adhesive to be coated in dots or shapes that can be configured to your specification. Size, spacing, thickness and overall coat weight can be tailored to the requirements of your application.

Zone Coating

Zone or stripe coating is also a possible with hot melt adhesive. A minimum 10mm coated or uncoated zone can be achieved. Due to hot melt adhesives being 100% solids, high coat weights up to 1000 g/m2 are possible.
