IntelliGen is not your typical Power Management Unit (PMU), it’s a sophisticated energy and load management system. In addition to the normal power rectification and conditioning functions, it also provides:
- Starting
- High voltage lift pack charging
- Thrust augmentation
- Options for both input and/or output battery backed operation
- Adaptive load sharing and management (won’t stall the engine)
- 15A nominal (30A with cooling) regulated output at 28V or 25V
- A 14A switched output at 28V or 25V for engine preheaters or other loads
- Two 8A switched low voltage regulators, configurable for 6V or 12V operation
- Tight integration with the IntelliJect ECU
- Online documentation – ICD, software developer’s kit, and user manual
- Free user interface application for testing, configuration, and development
- Small SWaP - 300g (10.6oz), 126mm x 78mm x 28 mm (5.0” x 3.1” x 1.2”)
