National Firm has a rare opportunity?at their Boca Raton office.??

They are looking for an experienced Intellectual Property legal secretary that has at least 5 years of experience working for a senior level Attorney.

JOB DESCRIPTION:?

Prior knowledge of working with attorneys that practiced Intellectual Property

Read?all incoming emails for both Patents and Trademarks and handle all requests

Pull invoices and follow the payment procedures

Save emails to software and send docketing instructions to the appropriate party

Work with Paralegals and Attorneys and take further instruction from them regarding filing

and further correspondence.
