Streamlining machine learning, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, elevating security, and minimizing cloud computing costs are among the top priorities of enterprises around the world. We responded with Intel? Tiber?, business solutions designed to help make those priorities a reality. Organizations can now implement enterprise-grade AI solutions, optimize cloud costs, and manage edge computing through unified solutions that deliver measurable performance improvements — and without the need for specialized expertise. Powering automotive AI with first discrete GPU

In addition, we unveiled a solution specifically designed to open a world of possibility for automakers seeking to differentiate their brands by pushing the boundaries of AI. Intel? Arc? represents the first discrete GPU for automotive applications, primed to unlock a new era of “cockpit experiences” and enhanced personalization in vehicles as soon as 2025. By adding this breakthrough to our existing portfolio, automakers can now maintain development efficiency through a unified architecture that spans from entry-level to premium vehicles. We’re empowering a future where in-vehicle AI creates intuitive and personalized interactions among the driver, passengers, and vehicle to elevate the overall experience.

Transformational alliances and collaborations

For the world to truly take a leap forward, we need transformational alliances and collaborations to help reshape the technology landscape. The saying “we’re stronger together” certainly applies in the ongoing push for standardization and efficiencies across the industry. We worked alongside a variety of stakeholders in 2024 to begin raising the bar.

Momentum for Intel Foundry

One example has been the momentum we’ve generated with Intel Foundry, the world’s first systems foundry for the AI era. As one of the few companies in the world that does both leading-edge design and in-house semiconductor manufacturing, our aim is to offer the capacity to support the continued growth of businesses as well as a sustainable domestic AI supply chain. To this end, we’ve received the backing of the U.S. government, with up to $7.86 billion in direct funding from the CHIPS and Science Act and $3 billion from the Secure Enclave?program.?

We’ve also expanded a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to produce AI fabric chips on Intel 18A and custom Intel? Xeon? 6 chips on the Intel 3 node, both huge steps forward for the industry. This multi-year collaboration to develop AI and cloud computing chips with the most advanced manufacturing processes will enable customers to power virtually any workload and accelerate the performance of AI applications. Our chip design and manufacturing capabilities, combined with the comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud, AI, and machine learning services of AWS, are now aligned to unleash innovation across our shared ecosystem.?

Creation of x86 Ecosystem Advisory Group

In October, we teamed up with one of our competitors, AMD, and other stakeholders to launch the x86 Ecosystem Advisory Group. This bold step emphasizes the importance of uniting major tech leaders to help make it easier for businesses to innovate, scale, and deploy AI technology solutions across platforms, accelerating digital transformation for everyone. For more than 40 years, our x86 architecture has served as the bedrock of modern computing. The advisory group will use this bedrock to yield the following outcomes:

• Enhance customer choice and compatibility across hardware and software, while accelerating their ability to benefit from new, cutting-edge features.
• Simplify architectural guidelines to enhance software consistency and interfaces across x86 product offerings.
• Enable greater and more efficient integration of new capabilities into operating systems, frameworks, and applications.
