Swedish shelter inspections

With the last Swedish Government reform on shelters more than 50 years ago, the war in Ukraine has highlighted the need for emergency accommodation to be safe and habitable.

Spinview’s digital twin technology and scanning devices will capture physical and environmental information on shelters across Sweden in order to assess their readiness to house people in emergencies.

How does a building make you feel?

With recent world events, we understand that our indoor space has an impact on our health and wellbeing.

Following our unique study, real estate development practices are set to be transformed through leveraging virtual reality technology at design stage.

Led by?Spinview and?Katarina Gospic, MD,PhD, in partnership with the global leader in eye tracking and pioneer in attention computing?Tobii, real estate firm?NREP, and partly funded by Formas, the Swedish research council for sustainable development, this study confirmed that the most sophisticated digital twins can produce the same human experiences as physical environments in real life (IRL) when exploring new spaces.

As you can see from our recent articles,?Artificial Intelligence (AI) is has become a highly useful tool in the real world.??This example shows just how it can also save lives with wildlife risk mapping.

The World Economic Forum, which held its Annual Meeting 2023 in Davos-Klosters in Switzerland, successfully demonstrated how AI and machine learning (ML) can be used to predict and combat wildfires.

In the wake of the worst wildfires ever recorded in the country, a?pilot project?was undertaken in?the South Aegean and West Mediterranean region of Turkey.

A total of 139,503 hectares burned in these wildfires.

London and Austin ranked top for smart city potential

A study by ProptechOS, looked at the 100 most populous cities in Europe and the US to discover which ones are the most adapted to emerging technologies.

London and Austin are ranked top for smart city preparedness in European and US indexes respectively.
