Integrity

Our quality and attributes as people, is evidenced by our actions. Our goodness or evil, our strengths or weaknesses, what we are or what we are not, can be clearly seen in what we do, and in what we don’t do.

We may think and talk in a way, but what we do truly demonstrates what is in our heart and in the essence of our soul. In short: Who is good, doesn’t do bad deeds, who is honest, doesn’t act with lack of honesty and who has love in the heart, doesn’t hate.

For me, the definition of personal integrity is: The perfect alignment of thoughts, words and deeds. A person can be integrally good or bad, honest or dishonest; finally, and this may be the most difficult to discern: A person can be integrally a lover or a hater, of himself and/or of those around him.
