Integrity Check In

I read a quote recently that I really loved. It said:

“No matter how educated, talented, rich, or cool you believe you are, how you treat people ultimately tells all. Integrity is Everything.” - Unknown

It really got me thinking. Because it’s something we really encourage and practice around here—integrity, along with authenticity, quality, and serving our community.

Leading with these values in mind can make a big difference in the way we approach our work and lives. And really… it allows you to have way more fun in the process.

Integrity is a moral code that needs to be shared similar to a company's Core Values and Vision or conflict will ensue. These must be shared for the whole organization to be on the same page and working towards a common goal. Like C.S. Lewis said, “a?man does not call a line ‘crooked’ unless he has some idea of a straight line.”

I challenge you to take a moment and think about the way you display integrity in your life. A very simple to do an integrity check is to think about it like this: Does?what you say = What you do?
