Integrity
What is any battle worth fighting for, if there is no integrity?
What is a measure of success worthy in terms of numbers and wealth, if achieved by compromising integrity?
As a complex life form, compromising integrity to win over
and calling it evolved and matured, of our acts, despises and cheapens the quality of being Human.
Integrity proves, as the fact of believing in a set of principles,
they contribute to the vision and growth of oneself and the community as a whole.
There are a million shortcuts that helps in surviving, and that’s absolutely possible.
Times as such, where integrity would or “probably might” be a hurdle in a heavily competitive environment, and thriving success is valuable with of course higher than any set of moral principles too.
It is certain that, ‘getting the hands dirty’ is a part of any act, from War to Building up a society, where Employment & success in career are no exception to it, but then, how much does it weigh when there’s a lot of clean up loops keep coming in because of veiling integrity?
What’s it worth when the benchmarks of growth & development are only placed higher and higher above the ladder when concealing integrity becomes a habit?
That is some fruit for thought.
It is truly subjective to the moral compass of every individual, which might differ and refute to contrary opinions, but I truly believe, that even a hundred or more failure attempts are worthy of its efforts if done with integrity, that ultimately gives a sense of a rough yet a purposeful life lived.
