Despite the global challenges of recent years, "Integre Trans" plans to continue to grow this year, whether by increasing the number of employees, acquiring new trucks and trailers, or by increasing intermodal transport volumes.
Integre Trans ended Q1 of 2023 with 1,200 own trucks and 1,200 semi-trailers. The Group's turnover grew by 50% compared to the first quarter of 2022 and the number of employees reached 1,735. A further 500 to 1,000 new trucks are planned to be purchased during this year.
In 2022, Integre Trans grew its turnover by 59%, the number of employees by 50%, and its fleet was increased by 600 new trucks. Over the last few years, the company has seen its sales revenue grow by more than 50% and has managed to withstand the challenges of war, driver shortages, pandemics and rising fuel and energy prices.
The Group ended 2022 with a fleet of close to 1,000 trucks, including 20 LNG-fuelled trucks.
?ana Kel, Head of Integre Trans Group, is pleased with the achievements and results and shares her plans for the future. "When I have set up my transport company 15 years ago, we had one truck and a team of just three in the first year of operation. Today, we are already well known as a company with quality transport, helpful and dedicated staff. In autumn, we will celebrate our 15th anniversary, which inspires us to continue to grow and to persevere in achieving our set goals.
Sustainability as a strategic business focus
Last year, the focus was not only on growing the fleet and the team, but also on introducing new systems and tools, improving processes and obtaining new certifications.
Back in 2019, "Integre Trans" has integrated the ESG directions and the 4 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into its business strategy, and today 11 of the 17 existing SDGs have been integrated. Particular emphasis is placed on sustainability - reducing emissions consistently, ensuring equal opportunities, employee well-being, supporting the community and good governance
"We are rapidly increasing not only our own fleet of trucks, but we are also starting to work with more and more well-known, large companies and actively expanding our intermodal services. Sustainability is at the heart of our strategy and we spare no effort in terms of investment, time and energy," said ?ana Kel, Head and owner of "Integre Trans".
In recent years, "Integre Trans" intermodal network has grown, contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions from road transport.

The company's goal is to have 20-30% of all shipments using the ever-expanding intermodal network by 2025.
Attention and care for all employees
Another key objective in the company's strategy is to create a nurturing, internal career-promoting and collaborative organisational culture.
Each year, investments are made for internal and external training, and each department has its own additional training budget. In 2022, 13410 different training sessions were organised, the majority of which were dedicated to driver competence and development, in a dedicated "Driver academy".
We focus on employee motivation, emotional health, mood and building teamwork, and our achievements are reflected in the year-on-year increase in employee satisfaction, with 74% of employees recommending the company as a good employer, and 84% reporting job satisfaction.
In 2022, more than 50 internal and 15 social initiatives were implemented, cooperation and financial support for the Lithuanian Cancer Patients' Coalition (POLA) was launched, and 7,700 trees were planted.
To compensate for the pollution it generates, "Integre Trans" measures CO2 emissions from freight transport, which it reduced by 4% last year. To offset CO2 emissions, the company has also invested in a project in Mexico to generate renewable electricity by building and operating a wind farm. This project has offset 9,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
For the third consecutive year, it prepares and presents sustainability reports to the public. The company uses only green electricity in all its offices in Lithuania. The ambitious but very important strategic goal is to become climate neutral by 2050. A large part of the investment is in digitisation projects.
At the end of 2023, "Integre Trans" plans to move into a new modern 5,500 sq. m. building in Vilnius. All employees are involved in the design and planning of the new office - actively suggesting their ideas for the interior, layout, colours, spaces, what kind of fitness equipment and functionalities they would like.
The new office will have additional 200 workstations, as well as a modern gym, spacious lounge, café and conference areas, separate collaborative and silent workspaces, and, of course, pet-friendly work areas.?
