Integration of Racktime, URD Solutions and CatchYourTalent in the Sarawak Group!

Today we have interesting news to share about our future and our partnership.

Our companies that fall under the Visie Groep (Racktime Benelux, URD Solutions and CatchYourTalent - Het Instituut voor Sales Talent) have experienced enormous growth in recent years. We have celebrated our 25th anniversary and invested a lot in structure, tools and people within our organization.

Now it is time to prepare our organisation for the future. We have joined the Le groupe Sarawak, a French company specialized in Sales, Merchandising & Brand Activation. The Group has offices in Aix-en-Provence (Sarawak Aix-En-Provence), Brussels (Sarawak Belux), Paris (SARAWAK FRANCE) and now Alkmaar.  Sarawak is one of the leading field marketing organizations in Europe.

For Sarawak, the Visie Groep is a nice addition because of the connection to their service portfolio. The Visie Groep is particularly interesting because of a strong position in Marketing Logistics and the innovative digital proposition of URD Solutions, which offers many customers additional possibilities.

We, Hans and Marie-José, have sold 100% of our shares to the Sarawak Group. We subsequently took an interest in the Sarawak Group with which we commit ourselves for the long term. We will also continue to form the day-to-day management of the companies.
