One to key subjects become interested in recently is the application with new Rising Technology of the AI in the customer experience. I believe there are the new opportunity and era of the customer experience by finding Logic between the above 4 Pictures. Recalling the Lecture of the J?rg about the “Customer experiences of resource integration”   the customer experience is affected by the service space. Taking The Public Transport Example, the customers are navigating to find out how they are going to interact with the services for the Example, how to they going to buy a ticket, figure out which line they needed to follow to get to their home. etc. This example shows the integration of the resources of the Landscape is very important to provide Great effortless services. The challenge coming from that the Point of the integration is the customer himself as he needed to Pay high effort to find out this information through the Navigation Process which affect the customer Experience. the most challenge and high effort moment for the customers in this Example is the Identifying as the customer needed to connect multiple of Pieces in the landscape to gather to be sense-making. at this point Exactly the Opportunity of the AI Technology and may play the big rule of enhancing the Customer Experience. the Integration of these systems and resource to the landscape with the digital Channel could be named what I Call it Landspace. for example what if the Public Transport Resource such as Ticketing Systems of the Train bus or even the airplanes has been Integrated with Digital applications such as Uber. the customer will reduce the effort to reach the make sense point as well as will be able to switch between the landscape and the Digital channel easily within the land space such integration as well will help toIdentify the customer’s scrips during the and after the interactions. by the emotions Recognition Technology. 

AI can Play another rule of Recusing the effort by doing the actions on behalf of the customers for Example. Face recognition technology could do the Ticketing on the behalf of the customers by changing the customer over the AI cloud without Even asking the customer about his Ticket.
