Integration between AX and CRM -Service Management – SLA management in CRM in Service Management, reporting of cases in CRM and resolution of cases & Billing in AX using Project management & accounting and Financial Accounting.
This is summary, SLAs are created and followed in CRM in Service Management, but against each SLA there will be a T&M project in AX, and each case created/resolved/hours posted will be in CRM in Service Management and corresponding activity will be created in AX for that project and time entry will be posted in AX Project management & accounting which further invoiced to customer in AX Financial Accounting, please see flow in visio for more details.
. To make it feasible we used standard Connector for Microsoft Dynamics. This solution was practically created and implemented.
