Integrating Practice consistently into your Product, Design, and Life

Integrating Practice consistently into your Product, Design, and Life

Practice is a mindset, not an obligation

This past week in my Next Level UX Training Camp we focused on Practice. A foundational element that is required to develop. Practice is something we must embrace to unlock our next level. How would you score yourself from 1-10 about how strategic you are with your practice regimes? Below you will find 2 training videos where I demonstrate and facilitate opportunities for you to elevate your practice mindset in product, design, and life.

"Missing a practice is like missing hundreds of opportunities to get better. To create more awareness and intention.?Practice is designed to help you grow and advance. There must practice integrations."

The world-famous High-Performance Coach Brendon Burchard and CEO of GrowthDay often shares that "common sense, is not common practice". Every time I hear Brendon say this it reminds me to stick to the fundamentals, then elevate. Though, if you don't know what the fundamentals are, and you're not tuned in to higher expectations for yourself, you can appear to be going through the motions and not even knowing it. That's why it's critical you develop your very own development plan, your very own training regime, and your very on systems for growth. For me that's a pairing of Next Level UX, and GrowthDay. I do not budge, these are the systems I use and I encourage you to start thinking about what growth systems you're going to leverage to support you as you step into your next level and version of yourself.

10 Ideas to remember when practicing

  1. Set clear goals and regularly review your progress towards achieving them.
  2. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  6. Prioritize and manage your time effectively.
  7. Experiment, benchmark, and iterate on your ideas.
  8. Stay organized and maintain clear documentation for what your achieveing and advancing.
  9. Communicate effectively and present your work consistently and clearly.
  10. Reflect on your experiences and actively seek opportunities for self-improvement.

For practice to become a habit, sometimes we just need a consistent group to grow with. That's why I'm hosting a weekly group on GrowthDay to help our new strivers learn how to get the most out of the tool and receive high-performance coaching along the way. This week inside of GrowthDay I facilitated a full product deep dive to talk about different ways to integrate practice with the app.

This upcoming week I'll be discussing #DesignEnergy. You Can RSVP for FREE HERE. This topic we'll discuss how to maintain consistency, focus, and motivation throughout the year during your highest and lowest moments. Then we'll talk about your velocity, efficiency, priorities, and skill development. At the end of the discussion, we'll share the rituals and routines that lead to world-class alignment for your teams.

Design Energy is sustaining the energy you need to pursue your next level creativity to advance consistently throughout the year

It's my goal to help you become more #consistent #focused and #motivated throughout your meaningful pursuits and how to do it without chasing your projects and outcomes. Let's have a great week!
