As a Gene Keys Guide, I am honoring the spiritual Me, with the scientific and geeky Leadership Development Coach/Trainer Me.

After years of wanting to be out of the corporate world, tired of trying to fit in and failing, and wanting to serve the true change-makers; activists, nonprofit directors, and community and movement leaders, I have finally found a way to combine my spiritual side with the business world. I think...!

Our continuing complexity of global climate crises, growing political divides, and uncertainty on so many levels, require a new lens for visionary and transformative leaders. If we keep doing what our parents and predecessors have done, then we are complicit on not moving out of the chaos.

So, let us begin with ourselves, shall we? I've been saying for decades that we are only as content in our lives, as we are happy with ourselves. So, why do we keep looking outside of us for answers? Especially on how to lead?

That doesn't bode well if I'm asking you to consult or coach with me. What I mean, though, is that we need to look inside at what we are seeing needs changing (why am I so compliant? Why does that person make me so ANGRY? or What is it that keeps me from acting or saying what I know is my Truth? Or, what is your inner voice asking???)

That is why the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment is my scientifically proven tool of choice. AND, what drew me to the Gene Keys methodology...the level of inner consciousness to not only accept our shadows or reactive tendencies but to find the gifts in them, the integration and higher embracing of these shadows most of us see on a collective human scale everywhere we look. The LCP is the wording I use when speaking to the business or nonprofit world as a leadership development professional, and the Gene Keys transmissions are what I live by, speak about, and share in my more spiritual circles. The spaces where I feel safe, accepted, seen, honored.

Hence the "coming out" of my weird, woo-woo, mystical hiding spaces and showing myself as the true me. If what my clients most say after working with me is how they have learned to "accept their brilliance as a leader" or "reach a new level of self-acceptance, even self-love" or "learn to speak their truth, while honoring others" or to "create and manage their boundaries for a more sustainable work/life balance" or simply "to be kinder to myself, slow down, remember my value and worth."

Each of these clients are real and have honored me with their words after working together for a year or more.

And, each one has helped unlock my genius, as I have guided them to do the same.

That's how it works! Each of us modeling what we most want to see in others, not expecting the other to go first.
