Integrating Meditation & Wellness Technologies

Dear friends and colleagues,
We all know that meditation is good for us, although most will not “find the time” or will to do it. I hope this newsletter motivates you to do some meditation, and perhaps even experiment with integrating a frequency/wavelength specific technology to make it even better!
I find that meditation and light therapies help spiritually conscious individuals overcome the state of constant cravings that follows from those lower vibrations of the soul that sustain the survival instincts.
The logical question at this point is how did I come to the realization that meditation and light wellness therapies could work on the soul.
In the late-1990s, I was studying and practicing a very pure form of meditation known as?Vipassna. I was guided by my father to go for this?10-day course?which has strict discipline, i.e., no stimulants, bland food, maintaining?“noble silence”?and a rigourous schedule of sitting 10 hours daily for meditation.
With this regimen, by the?4th day, the body melted away into an abyss and the mind expanded into the light dimension, it felt like?nirvana?had begun, but we were taught these states are not nirvana, this is the simplest form of calming down and living peacefully. The experience brought many realities to the surface and by the 10th day I felt healed to large extent with all doubts removed from my soul.
This is one meditation organization (perhaps the only one in the world), where even the food and lodging is free as long as you commit to the activities. We never spoke to anyone until the last the day, having observed other students going through the stages of turmoil and bliss, while being instructed to ignore the feelings altogether in order to focus the mind, so no communication. By the end of it, we departed with having discovered a form of energy known as?“Metta”?in buddhist philosophy, or the power of love.
I understand it’s not “possible” for most people to go away for 10 days to do meditation unless of course you are retired or in serious soul-trouble and need guidance to survive. Revisiting Vipassna was a huge challenge, so I started working with other forms of meditations and yoga for healing.?I would still recommend going for the Vipassna experience at least once in your lifetime, it will break you and put you back together. Many addicts and patients have benefited from it.?It’s freely available in more than 50 countries around the world, so pretty sure you have one you can visit, just remember it’s not a joke, they will take away your phones! (only emergency contact is allowed)
Currently one of my?favorite guided meditation tape?is?Yoga Nidra. It is a immensely rejuvenating meditation that is done?laying flat on the back, and involves a set of techniques to relax and develop awareness of chakras. The chakras are nothing but various biological systems such as the digestive, reproduction, heart, throat, brain, etc. The meditation tape I use comes from (my dad to me) and of course from the world renowned Bihar School of Yoga and is delivered by an amazing personality and spiritual guru?Swami Niranjana Anand Saraswati.
The meditation is 45 minutes long, so lying flat on the back is a gift as you don’t have to sit upright. You’ll also find this mediation in many wellness retreats and 5-star hotels. There are powerful benefits locked in here, but they will truly manifest after you can do the meditation 4-5 times without falling asleep. I noticed an incredible improvement in mental and emotional capacity after 8-10 times which took a year for me. Don’t have to force it, if you felt good and fell asleep, next time try to remember and finish the whole 45 mins.
Another great meditation from the same master is Advanced Antar Mouna, this is done sitting in the lotus pose, so it’s not everyone will be able to complete it. 45 minutes of stillness is not a cup of tea for everyone, but it is very much a great way to entrain your mind to have development and balance.

Integrating PEMF & Light with Meditation
I also discovered that the power of vibrations and light frequencies could affect deep healing scientifically and it further allowed me to function in?this Age?on both the material and higher dimensions.
This happened as I have been a self-taught musician since childhood and worked for several e-learning and gaming companies as a sound engineer and music producer in the early 2000s. That lead me to research into therapeutic frequencies and waveforms that could mainly relax and focus players or learners to improve the outcomes.
It’s simple,?like meditation, if a technology can reduce cellular aging, it will integrate well with any practice and further enhance the results.
If combining with PEMF or Brain Light therapies, I would recommend starting the therapetic session after the meditation. One could also do a session before, but I find after works better for me as all the tissues in the body are in better form to ”absorb” the energy.
I’m particularly enjoying 8 Hz PEMF after Yoga Nidra sessions, but you should know that?PEMF frequency settings?are quite subjective. I don’t think there is a better way to do PEMF. Before bed-time a session like this will transform your stress and give you a sense of floating in space. In the morning, PEMF or H2 before getting out of bed will fill you with energy to?deal with the day! Make it a happy morning!
That is how I survive! I hope you find the information and links on meditation in this newsletter worth trying yourself. I will be very happy to hear from you!
We welcome your questions and love working with practitioners including physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, functional medicine practitioners and natural medicine doctors among many others.
Simply?write to me?if you have any questions. I’m also working on the 2nd edition of my?PEMF book, so will appreciate any professional reviews and ideas to include in it, let me know if you would like a review copy.
Kind regards,
Sid
