Integrating Food into Urban Planning

The profession of planning impacts communities' food systems. A new edited book from the UN FAO and UCL press highlights the many ways in which food is being integrated into urban planning. The book, edited by Yves Cabannes and Cecilia Marocchino, includes 16 chapters documenting experiences from across the globe. A chapter by the UB Food Lab team and collaborators on the US experience is included as well.
