Integrated Plan for Peace Ukraine & Russia (Part 22)
Peter J Hughes
Integrated Peace Strategist, Designer, Inventor, Policy advisor. .
I love you is one of the hardest phrases for many people to say.
The lack of that three word statement said does affect relationships. The words are representative of the feeling and the intention behind them.
In terms of leadership the hardest phrase to say is peace process or even peace roadmap.
Yet, where the intention goes the energy flows. How many times have we heard the word 'war' in the past two years, twenty years? Thousands, hundreds of thousands. How many times have we heard the word 'peace' even by Newsreaders, many fewer times than the word 'war' and that's for certain. Yet, the modern world depends on viable peace making. Viable diplomacy created by the intentional to stop, prevent, exit from wars and maintain International balance.
A press conference by any leader explaining to the rest of the world the positive contribution they made towards peace making in the past would create a new type of media narrative, never heard before. It would have to be reported on the news and just via that it could be possible to increase the peace word in the world many times over. In fact the word peace could be slipped in as many times as and, and therefore for the first time it would be clear the difference between countries that really want peace and others that was to appear to be controlling a position due to what it perceives to be their red lines. We need more clearer and better explanation about peace. In this document I consider how information, vital data has escaped being noticed in the press. Yet, when one leader has been putting another down or saber rattling towards another country we have yet to see a situation where this is contrasted by the country defending itself on its efforts in peace making in the resent past. That is a position that's possible today and by taking that position, then it can bee seen that there has been a whole lot of reductionist reporting on the work, the effort, the content that has helped keep the world functioning as well as it has by good peace making choices being made by various leaders. There is a way out of war, simply by talking continuously about peace, peace making, peace roadmaps what these were in the past, howe these helped the whole world. In a world of so many problems leaders with past answers prevented fully and properly help begin to shift the narrative onto peace. How the whole world gets beyond this situation of today.
Peace roadmap, peace process; Most leaders of most countries do not mention these terms even if the security of their country depended upon it in the past or in the present.?The word, the intention for wanting peace though has never been more required than today. The notion of being in control rather than being amiable towards the fact peace is a universal need and requirement has been influencing the way of thinking. Maximum pressure is how the worlds kept safe, right? No in recent years maximum cooperation has been an equally if not greater requirement, it's just that's gone unreported.
The non-communication of the peace narrative, is the mistake that President Trump. Prime Minister May, Prime Minster Johnson and President Putin Made. It's the same error of judgement that Saddam Hussein made. When he was challenged with the made up story that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and could hit London in forty minutes. He responded to that with counter threats, yet could have in fact simply challenged the entire narrative, rather than being pulled into a situation where effectively the West was positioning him as 'a challenge' when of course in fact he had nothing to do with 9/11. 'Lets get naked, show Putin how tough we are and get our pecks out'. The statement said at G7 by Boris Johnson eight months before Russia went into Ukraine in 2021. President Putin did not respond at the time to that comment, which if we are honest was a type of public humiliation, a type of bullying that does not happen in Parliaments, that does not happen in state speeches, it does not happen in press releases, yet is the type of statement made by school children not by world leaders with the nuclear codes.?
There was a dangerous consistency of racist and inappropriate statements made by Boris Johnson. Whilst there past, colonial, oh never mind racism is part o our tradition type of mindset of Johnson, playing out as putting down other people's around the world including The Malaysians, Commonwealth, Africa, Muslims, Irish, Sikhs, people of Myanmar. May be a certain variety of British humour that appealed to a few of his own domestic audience, yet when we today see the results of where those jibes have taken the world the lack of accountability of this, proper accountability has pitched pre-television mindsets of one country, onto the Internationally stage in a nuclear world. The reality is that there is a certain insular arrogance in some in politics within the UK that does not even comprehend the fact that this form of British humour does not always travel well. That may be to them in their minds what makes this type of humour all the more edgy, yet in fact really it just creates indignation. Which weakens the UK. It's one thing to have a type of humour that can be either considered appropriate or not, it's something else to make jibes that alter the course of history, that mask hostility and aggression towards threatening a countries security, acting as a wolf to the recipient, yet looking only like a sheep to counterparts.
I had the same experience when Cameron's chums referred to me and my colleagues publicly at the Tory Party conference of 2009, as 'useful idiots' for producing work that New Labour had stolen from us and the Tory's had stolen from them. To then give eight years failed explanation due to the fact that they were 'arrogant useful idiots' and believed they fully understood my work. Yet, public put downs on the world stage in such an unnecessary way affects the recipient much more than the casual observer. The nastiness of where world politics has got, where there are risks to all that go unconsidered on a day to day basis. Stems from there not being constraints on what has been said previously, by presenting 'freedom of speech' as an argument is true when it comes to entertainers and yet when it comes to diplomats and leaders of countries especially the need to be very careful with what is said is vitally important.
Boris Johnson who presents himself as a well travelled and cultured person, should realise that the type of humour that appeals to some within one country can be deeply offensive to another. Or is that just it, he realised and knows that as he kept repeating this and was simply using this to assert a type of authority via put downs to others. A type of bullying that he could get away with in plain sight. They say you can get away with saying almost anything if said in the right way, messy hairdo, fumbling in a boffin sort of way, comments that are meant to antagonise, presented in an off the cuff, way appealing to the UK establishing, the Tory boys archaic society wing of the Tory Party. This prevocational, irrational and derogatory form of totally insensitive Uk diplomacy, especially at the time of brexit was not at all what the UK did. Whilst the narrative was going out into the world and doing new deals by one side of the Brexit camp, the other was using Brexit as a type of vehicle to assert a brash and condescending message to some and yet in a way imply a potential power grab to others. Whilst there is any way in which Putin and Russia could have responded to 'the let's show Putin how tough we are' statement. Boris Johnson chose to say that under the belief that Putin would simply take that type of insult and put down. Would not respond in an advertorial sort of way. It's impossible to know really what Putin really thought, how that affected his thinking and judgement a few months later. Did he simply dismiss G7 saying 'lets show Putin how tough we are' as a bit of cheeky comical banter from clown Boris, or did he interpret this as being a potential indication to the thinking of G7, the private discussions and the way in which opinion in G7 was going. When it's considered that only four years previously Nato had been on the border of Russia. That there had been the press conference previously at Bomber command centre in Kent by Boris Johnson citing Russia. That there had been calls for 'regime change' in Moscow said by foreign 'diplomats' and leaders in Medan Square, it's very highly likely that President Putin took that statement in a much more serious way than perhaps Boris Johnson intended.
However, Boris Johnson by now, this far into his time as a countries leader, in the wake of realising that one single statement can cause so much offence to people, like with what he had said in the Sikh temple, should realise that his form of humour is outmoded even within the UK to a substantial amount of British people, let alone to people in other countries where there are very different ways of thinking, and yet the knowledge that many a true thing can be said in jest. ?
In fact even our closest cousins the Americans, and even our own ancestors the Angles, the Saxons ie the Germans and the Scandinavians or even the countries who's partly helped influence the creation of the English language namely the Latin countries simply do not always understand nor appreciate the British sense of humour, when there is a consistent element of racism as there has been in so many of the collected quotes of Boris Johnson, there would be even less leaders of any country that would really get his very niche brand of forget post colonialism, white upper class racism and verbal abuse to other people that he simply wove into his time as being UK Foreign Minister and Prime Minister.
No matter what President Putin clearly did not respond well eight months on to the theme of where G7 International relations towards President Putin and Russia had been eight months earlier.?
Yet, previously I presented that there have been errors made by many world leaders in terms of the mention of the magic word peace.?
A response by President Putin could have been been to have aligned to Boris' 'overtly reckless remarks and said something along the lines of 'If Boris Johnson wants to bring International diplomacy down into the paradigm of childish challenges, then why not set up a ring at the centre of the United Nations General Assembly so that he can 'get his pecks' out,'?have his Julius Cesar gladiatorial moment in the ring'.?After that we will then be able to return to a world of more consistent diplomatic norms, rather than seemingly the norms found only at Pepper Pig World!
There is of course so many ways that President Putin could have responded, to cite that the reason he increased the war in Ukraine was due to what was said is probably complete not true at all. Yet, what is almost certainly true is the fact that there has been a trend of incorrectly representing good diplomacy in previous years of Russia and yet provocations, that could latter be dismissed as not really being these to suit the media, more so than the real truth. The calls for 'regime change' in Medan may well succeed and create a regime of factions armed with nuclear weapons around the entire world unless there is rigorous attempts to get to the truth and truly defensive, protective policies instigated as soon as possible to bring the entire situation both militarily and diplomatically within Russia to a place of both normal controls and regulations. There is a situation happening today where Russia could be completely beyond the control of any person or any country at any moment ever again. The only possible logical action is to immediately push forward a peace process. With Poland now moving troops towards it's border, we really are on the cusp of WW3 if Belarus, China, North Korea choose to respond. Whilst President Zelensky has every right and need to defend his own country and ask for weapons. There is no argument possible against that. Within one week of Russia going into disrepair politically, any country in the world including Ukraine is at risk of nuclear attack by any faction, the entire world today is in an unwinnable way if the collapse of Russia or factions within Russia are not prevented. The only way that's possible is a peace process and ceasefire.
The talking up of the issues between the West and Russia which Boris Johnson and others in the UK were a part of has been effectively a drip-drip-drip effect that has been undermining Russia and the East for years. Trump saved the world, no he did not he mediated with countries that together took the most responsible course of action in the moment for the mutual interest of both countries and the universal interest of all.
Yet, the Johnson lines of reasoning was to suppress this truth, the response back especially since 2017 and any time since could have been to have called out this brashness, rudeness that really should have stopped in a pre-atomic age. It's true to say that the changes to the UK's position in the world, from being a colonial power to being an advanced economy in G7 there really has not been the smooth transition from the UK being one type of country to another country without attitudes being as well able to adapt and change to the present time as well as the attitudes of other countries of G7 having changed. In a way Brexit, is another reminder of the fact that their is an instilled islander mentality in the UK, which in many ways has plenty of charm, in many ways is appreciated by the world, with British Comedy being a trait,?and capacity in the world when used with tact. However, what has to be said is that some of the statements made by Boris Johnson Internationally, if said within the UK to British people could have had him arrested for a hate crime.??The actual words in his book if said in a public place would have a person arrested, why was this not stopped before?
The absurd, and as diplomatically inappropriate as possible comments made by Boris Johnson at the G7 Summit the first comments ever made by the leader of any country with the intention to both humiliate and to intimidate the leader of another country are the result of a failure in UK politics to have not held Boris Johnson to account on what he had been saying so many times previously. For every comment he has made, each of them will have caused offence, each of them called out, there is only one of them that could sow the seeds for creating International war.?The destruction of Ukraine is the biggest International crime of this century. It's effect on the people of Ukraine firstly is unequalled. Yet, the incorrect, the semi-true, the partial perceptions of the many factors that have led up to this are perpetuating the situation into a worse position. An immediate stop to the war via a ceasefire is possible. If Ukraine and Russia really want that. Every day more the situation risks becoming something so very much different to a war only in Europe and that is the reality of this.
What President Zelensky needs to realise is that 'his friend Boris Johnson, has created a career out of incorrectly representing Russia and provoking Russia. He began that path long before President Zelensky was in office. Hillary Clinton knew the risks of the cover up of peace processes and the integrity Initiative and tried to prevent the toxic incorrect representation of countries from having any more of a corrosive effect of world diplomacy and Boris Johnson chose to keep the UK Parliament and the world, and Nato in the dark. Johnson wilfully incorrectly represented Russia and Putin and at the same time provoked and provoked and provoked Russia. The truth is that Ukraine is the result of Putin's war of aggression caused by Trump's indifference to world issues, leading him to take my work and call it his work ie Mar a Largo documents in boxes, combined with Johnson's post colonial galivant on the world stage locked into his wannabe re-enactments in his own mind of the glories of Churchill and Julius Cesar. The combination of the fanaticism in both the mind of Trump and Johnson working together towards agendas of white supremacy masked as mainstream politics and seemingly rational geo-politics have brought such a web of lies and deceit that both the US and the UK political systems are trying to catch up and work out what has even really happened.
President Zelensky by not stepping back enough to realise that in one way he and Ukraine as well as President Putin and Russia are both in fact the victims of a propaganda machine that has been working against the real interests of democracy, freedom and even the very most basic human rights. If you are born in the USA you don't really have a given right to be considered American. That is the latest line of reasoning from Trump. Oh who would a law like that refer too? People of coffee shaded complexions no doubt, all the way to black people no doubt. recorded conversations relating to eugenics in 10 Downing Street. Attempts to shut down Parliament and stop debate by MP's Attempts to make journalism more of a crime than almost anything else if in contrast to the line of the government, the witholding of information for Covid treatment proven by science, the banning of protest, the running from peaceful protest.
The meeting whilst both are in the midst of court cases questioning their actions whilst in office. The pair of them have been directly involved in slavery. Slavery and the cover up of that is the non release of The Integrity Initiative. My work fed to the White House prevented more wars, enabled the exiting of more wars and the only reason that you do not know that is due to the fact that there has been lie upon lie upon lie that made Putin a victim to those lies first, he then saw this as a conspiracy of the whole West, when in fact it was really not the whole West at all it was due to the racist agenda of Trump and Johnson. That getting in the way of any form of normal, rational explanation of world events. The use of divisiveness in a divide and rule sort of way, so that one side is manipulated into contrast with the other. Its the same power play repeat of the Third Reich where the 'good proud Germans' were standing up against all those 'terrible people' that were affecting the country, like the migrants. Ie the Jews, like the migrants, like the gypsy's who brought with them in fact the guitar. Like all of the elements of society that were perceived as 'undesirable's' like for example the elderly British population that had survived World War two sent back to care homes to infect the others that had also survived World war two. President Zelensky has been and is being used. He rightly asks, 'what would you do in my position?' I would say this to him. What I would do is this. Realise that President Putin has given very clear clues as to what he perceives as being the 'best way to end the war in Ukraine.' The Peace process for talks between North and South Korea. Realise that this is the same documentation that is under investigation by the FBI in the USA and the law courts there. Read my Integrated Strategies in relation to Covid19. Realise that there is content there that was being referenced incorrectly in press conferences by President Trump, ie in the context of beach in terms of treatment. Read what I wrote and see in the press how this was misconstrued. Look to the medical findings of Edinburgh university and Imperial College London to see that what I wrote was later proven to be true and legitimate. Realise from this both Trump and Johnson were withholding vital life saving information from their own populations, whilst using this information themselves in the way of 'theraputics' as cited by Trump. Realise that these two leaders that have certainly not really had the interests of their own people when in office certainly never had the interests of the Ukrainian people either. If they did have then Johnson would have released the Integrity Initiative Report firstly as that would have proven that there was a new peace brokering methodology in practice that had worked between the West and the East for the first time in the Korea's and therefore prevented a Vietnam War scenario. Realise that that methodology was kept from public knowledge, by the non release of the integrity initiative and yet if it had not been kept from open discussion there would have been firstly the correct representation of Putin from 2017, secondly that same method could have been used to have mediated an end to the war in Ukraine at any time from 2017 onwards. Therefore there would not have been the 2020 insults made by Johnson to Putin, and there would not have been a situation where Putin believed that whatever he did in the way of peace making, there was always an agenda against him and against Russia.
If either Johnson or Trump had said the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in terms of the reality of peace brokering in the world then it would have been impossible for the tensions the diplomatic failures to have got so bad, that the result would have been so much horror and destruction in Ukraine ever since. The war in Ukraine is the bastard child of a Trump and Johnson concealment of the truth, a conspiracy to keep the truth about the diplomacy of Putin and many other countries obscured.
North Korea today would be well on it's way to being the more standard socialist country that it's leadership wants if it was not for the distorted narratives of two men Johnson and Trump. My answer to President Zelensky as to what would I do in his position is this. I would make a direct statement to the world, to Nato and say something along the lines of the following.
'Ukraine is a country of different ethnicities and different languages like many countries, or even most countries in the world. We like all democratic countries put the interests both of the majority and the minorities into the working practice of our country. Ukraine has had an invasion into the Sovereign lands of Ukraine. These lands have been contested on the grounds of laws that were created before I was President. I as a President have inherited the problems in Ukraine from previous leaders choices. One of the choices that has affected relations with our neighbour Russia the most is the fact that there has not been full and complete explanation and accountability in terms of past International peace processes. In addition to this there have been statements made that were provocative towards Russia and implied possible aggression towards Russia, yet this may well have not been unfounded concerns of Russia, the truth is that these statements were made. Ukraine is very concerned about the protection of all the people of Ukraine. Yet, Ukraine as a responsible International partner in peace making is also equally concerned about the destabilisation of Russia. The effects of that cannot possibly be of benefit to any country in the world, including Ukraine. Due to this concern both for Ukraine and for the wider world community. Ukraine asks that there is an immediate Nato inquiry into the effect that nationalised politics have had on the international narrative, and the representation of many countries. That a Nato peace proposal is immediately produced that is in alignment the the China peace proposal calling for a ceasefire and the African peace proposal calling for there to be a revision of the events that led up to the war in Ukraine, and what has been termed both the invasion and the special operation of 2021 by Russia into Ukraine. During the time of this ceasefire, negotiation and re-assessment of recent past events. The territories taken by Russia can be temporarily held, however, the full intention of Ukraine is to obtain those territories back through a process of mediation and the full truth being known about the diplomatic wrongs that have been done as much to Russia as any other country in recent years. It is our sincere belief that both factions in Russia want a mediated answer to this situation and yet that is not obtainable to any of the sides within this war until there is more information properly known about how geo-political relations have failed in recent years. The determination for Ukraine to protect itself has got to be linked to the International communities equally determined effort to achieve and obtain justice and truth for all, whether the beneficiaries of that improved assessment are allied or not to the interests of Ukraine, it's clearly evident to see that the incorrect representation of the leadership of one country can affect other countries and that is what has seemingly happened. A ceasefire can bring a peace process, which brings out better perspective on all matters relating to Russia in recent years and that does then provide the chance for the world to be able to see this situation from the perspective of Russia and therefore for Russia to be able to see this situation fro the perspective of Ukraine. From that position there is a chance for complete understanding and then pressure via diplomacy for all sides to do the right thing in being able to re-establish the sovereign integrity of Ukraine.'
President Zelensky to achieve his goals needs the think both forwards as well as in reverse. President Zelensky got plenty of weapons given to him by Boris 'lets show Putin how tough we are' Johnson on the basis that Zelensky does not mediate peace with Putin. Why? Johnson knew that if there was an effective peace process between Ukraine and Russia that it would come to be known that Johnson had actively been obscuring peace processes to prevent the loss of his own reputation, due to the fact that the author of those peace processes in the UK was also the same person that Johnson had stolen the content he used as Mayor and lied to Parliament about. in other words Boris Johnson had a personal reason, to escape a corruption probe for keeping the war in Ukraine going. That is the reason why he pressured Zelensky not to mediate with Putin in exchange for the supply of more weapons.
Johnson manipulated Zelensky to keep the war going to escape from accountability in The House of Commons. If it had been known to the electorate that he had lied every day he was Mayor about everything from Boris Bikes to the way in which the Olympic Games Bid was won, his own political career would have been over. His own ability to have been able to have strategically have handled the pandemic would have been brought into question long before the Partygate scandal surfaced. Johnson has defrauded the British people long before he became Foreign Minister and got away with it. He then used his position as foreign minister to provoke Russia. He then ignored the calls by Hillary Clinton to se the record straight in terms of his abuse of power and that of his colleagues from 2004-2017. He maintained the illusion of being a responsible accountable politician that had not lied every day he was Mayor of London, then provided Russia a bit more, held back true information about Russia's good diplomacy, then personally insulted Putin in front of the world. When Russia went into Ukraine cited that it was 'an unprovoked invasion'. Yet it was he that had provoked the invasion by withholding the truth about the mediation in two world war three scenarios that Putin had prevented. It's clearly evident that the vast majority of countries in the world do not at all stand by Russia going into Ukraine, and yet a very substantial amount of countries are either neutral or silent or calling for Peace making. The reason is due to the same reasoning that so many G7/G20 countries have blanked Johnson.
President Zelensky. Whilst the immediate task is the protection of Ukraine. I do understand and appreciate that this is your most immediate task. Yet you have the world stage in a way that no other leader has. You have the ability to be heard whatever you say, you have the sympathy as well as the comradery of a very substantial amount of the entire International community. What you have that they don't is the determination the need to survive for you and your people. Yet, what they have you do not have and that is the position to be able to take a balanced over view over everything in this situation. If someone is standing on your toe, it's difficult to be able to think of anything else. That is the situation metaphorically that Ukraine is in. Ukraine has an immediate moment to moment survival need. The rest of the world believe that they don't, yet with all facts considered in this document, there is a good thesis to present that they have as much of an immediate survival need as Ukraine. Where in my opinion President Zelensky can improve what he is doing is by doing the following. Stop giving only the solution to those that he seeks to obtain support from give them the problem themselves to have to think and work through. The immediate most obvious answer to saving Ukraine is more weapons to counter Russian aggression. Yet the cause of the Russian aggression in the first place is something that is currently being dismissed as being irrelevant which in itself is adding too and creating more Russian aggression.
So the best answer for President Zelensky is to position to a place where his own immediate standing on the toe aspect of the situation is acknowledged yet that is presented in the fact that there is a wider context to all this in the first place which has caused to a very significant, substantial if not overtly influential way the actions of Russia in the first place. What President Zelensky could consider is this. If to avoid invasion by Russia, would Ukraine have considered invading Moldova? Whilst this is a hypothetical question and the answer to that is almost a certain of course not. The situation for Russia is that Russia seemingly did invade Ukraine as it believed that it was susceptible to being invaded itself? Where is the possible evidence that Russia could in it's wildest dreams have considered that a possibility? The answer is in the implications created by the withholding of peace process and diplomacy information by Boris Johnson, talk of regime change in Medan Square not by Ukrainians I have to say. Statements about showing Putin 'how tough we are' Nato on the border of Russia, refusal of membership of Russia into Nato twice and into the EU once. None of this was provoked in anyway by Ukraine, yet it was provoked by outside players enough for Russia to consider whether right or wrong invasion of it's neighbour was a way to prove to the West that Russia will pre-emptively act if pushed to do so.
For Russia, Ukraine has been used as an attempted message to the West to not mess with Russia and whilst the inpouring of weapons has changed the optics of the situation as has the determination of the people of Ukraine to defend their country there is an underlying reason in all of this as to why Russia felt the need to have to make the choice to go into Ukraine in the first place.
I have made the standing on the toe analogy only to try and communicate in writing which is never easier than verbally explaining the fact that there is very much an immediate pain in Ukraine, it's terrible, it's wrong on every level and it has to stop. Yet what I know with complete certainty is that there have been very wrongful agendas. I want to use the word evil agendas or at the very least detached narcissistic agendas that have wilfully created the mis-communication, the misrepresentation of leaders and countries behind the scenes that have since played out into the causation and creation of the biggest geo-political crisis modern times. President Zelensky will have around him an excellent team of people that have all manner of skills and expertise. They will have the knowledge, wisdom and intelligence to know that the first victim in a war is truth. In the case of the war in Ukraine and how it increased the causation of the increase of the war was the absence of truth. The manipulation of the media, the manipulation of people in politics far beyond the borders of Ukraine.
There are two cases one in the UK and one in the USA that are bringing forward information and knowledge for the first time to the people making the most important of choices in helping both Ukraine and in helping both get to the underlying issues that have put world politics into the position it's now in. What I can say in the way of these court cases is that they both in the UK and the USA are in the context of the use and the incorrect use of my peace strategy work. Peace strategy referring both to geo-politics and climate work and also referring to my Covid work. I used by Integrated Strategy methodology to take on Covid and to help protect people as well as the climate and peace work. My work is in service to people, all people. The incorrect representation of my work is a major factor in what has influenced firstly Boris Johnson and Donald Trump what they have said and more importantly what they have not said. It's also been a factor in terms of the pandemic and the restrictions that were instigated in terms of the release of information. it's also a factor in how perceptions of China, Russia and and many other countries that are considered Western allied countries have also been represented.
From the position of President Zelensky he may perceive the actions of Russia in the very least most unfavourable way, and for that I do not in any way disagree. Yet, in the same breadth the incorrect actions of Russia have in fact been pre-empted by the incorrect interpretation of Russia that has occurred due to reasons beyond both the control of either Ukraine or Russia. The obscuring of diplomacy and peace processes of the very recent past between 2017 and 2021 has unmistakably infuriated Russia. What's more than that even, it's become a make or break issue between the entire West and East. Yet this is the problem. The events occurring in the world are happening so much faster than the West can even fully catch up on knowing fast enough. The reason for that is not enough resources are being put into really properly, fully and completely really getting to the core issues that have caused Russia to act in the way that it has. All attention is on Russia and Ukraine and yet little attention is given to the issue of how powers beyond either Russia or Ukraine have created the situation of today.
With this in mind, going on the fact that President Putin is a man that can be negotiated with, that there have been motives, secret motives that have disrupted world affairs, going on the fact that incorrect representation of people, leader and countries is never good if there is he possibility of being able to set the record straight. My advice to President Zelensky is to acknowledge the fact himself, if only just personally to begin with that there were unconsidered reasons for why Russia has acted as it has and that by doing what he can to bring about all of these issues there will be a situation where Ukraine and Russia are at war on one level, on another level there is a peace agreement in the form of the Grain Deal and yet on a third level there is a worldwide investigation into the motives for really why the war increased so much in 2021. With that brought out into the open, President Zelensky is helping protect his country from becoming the victim of propaganda in other countries, yet he may also be helping in some very significant ways his counterpart in Russia and whilst that may appear at first to be counter intuitive completely, given the immediacy of the situation. The truth is that there has been, there is today a potential way back to sensible discussion between Putin and Zelensky, yet to be able to get there requires a broader acknowledgement that there really is a whole lot more to the conditions that have created this war than is currently considered. There has been the witholding of information, vitally important information motivated by personal gain by a few politicians that has then gone on to force the hand in terms of choices and decisions made.
Whilst this being known cannot in any way shape or form undo the incredible looses and total tragedy of this situation, the effects of which are with the world for the next hundred years or longer. What the revealing and full open investigation of this information can bring is enough mutual understanding on all sides to go from weapons being fired from one person to another person to a well reasoned discussion based upon all facts rather than conveniently for some facts, incorrectly presented as the context and the full information is incomplete on purpose.
Yes the war in Ukraine is complicated, yet what complicates it the most is leadership outside of either Russia or Ukraine that have been and are to this day being selective with the truth. So my advice to President Zelensky is to ask either the UK the USA or Nato to carry out a full and complete investigation into peace processes from 2017 until 2021. By him doing so, that will in some ways help vindicate President Putin which would appear to be counter intuitive completely. Yet it's not. By doing that the truth becomes known for the first time that President Putin did help the entire world, that the narrative of that was distorted and there is truth to be said the President Putin is a peace maker, that was incorrectly represented and then went the complete opposite way. By that being known, that alone. That then provides the reasoning and the basis for President Putin wanting to build upon that truth, the better reputation and on that basis he would be strategically incompetent in maintaining any claim of land in Ukraine that was not very clearly and reasonably explained and presented before International courts. The truth is that whatever President Zelensky thinks really of President Putin, and I'm certain there is a whole, whole lot that he would have to say on this. The fact, the truth is beyond this that there are very few people ever in the history of the world that have prevented a world war twice and yet one of those people is in fact Vladimir Putin. The reason that that fact is not known is due to the fact that Johnson and Trump both held back the truth.
That again, in no shape or form reduces the terrible losses to Ukraine, it does not in any way compensate for that, there is no way in fact to compensate for the losses to a country like what Ukraine has experienced. Yet there is the chance to realise that there really has been a very calm, balanced and well reasoned Putin in the past and by the International community acknowledging that then from there there is the chance to realise that the situation today is so wrong in every way, yet there has been and there is a better version of people involved in this situation and that the only reason that that is not really fully known and considered is simply due to the control of the political narrative due to the selfish and untrue reasoning of a few people that Ukraine has considered to be their friend.
Boris Johnson provided weapons to help defend itself from Russia in a 'war of aggression' caused by the complete disregard for the work Russia had done in the previous years for pacifism. Pacifism in the Korea's, Syria, Afghanistan, Venezuela, Armenia and Azerbaijan, Turkyie, Israel and Syria. All totally incorrectly represented by Boris Johnson to The House of Commons due to the fact that he did not want it known that he had de-frauded The House of Commons from the first moment he was mayor to the day he was Prime Minister by taking my work through bullying and abuse and calling my work his work. the conclusion of Tony Blair's Integrity Initiative is that it began in 2003 as a way to steal copywrite political strategy work, resulted in the invasion of Ukraine by Russia and by 2023 had resulted in implications that caused any nut job cult in the world to be able to have access to nuclear weapons. The sooner that the Uk establishment reach the conclusion that the Integrity Initiative is the biggest error of judgement any country has ever made, the better the chance there is to save the modern world.
The truth is that President Zelensky did not create at all the conditions that he is having to cope and deal with and make choices and decisions over. He was not a part of this program to cause the incorrect representation of Russia, yet his country has by far suffered the most. The reality is that the work that The Integrity Initiative has been obscuring is the information and knowledge most needed to answer the global climate crisis. That is essential for Ukraine as much as it is for Russia, Europe, China and the USA. What President Zelensky should realise is the fact that the best answer there is to Ukraine originates from the truth being known about Russia, both good and bad from the years 2017-2021. By that being known, there is the chance to obtain a very different perspective of just how wayward the world has gone and yet have a way to bring it back to a narrative that helps all countries progress in the 21st Century.
Boris Johnson obstructed the release of The Integrity Initiative Report, which would have proven that Russia between 2017 and 2021 had prevented world war twice by it's diplomacy, had done more than any country in the world as a non-Nato country to have helped Nato. This was in the mediation between Turkyie, Israel and Syria during the exit of Syria by the West. Whilst Western politics changes leader, party, paradigm every four years. Whilst the media follow on only from where they left off the day before, the reality is that when there are statements and positions taken by one leader in one administration the impacts and effects of this can last for years, decades or even centuries when there is really full and true analysis and consideration in politics and in the press. The fact that the real Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, President Reagan and President Bush Senior had a necessary and healthy respect for the military capacity of Russia has?been so quickly forgotten. How Boris Johnson could have written a book on Winston Churchill and emitted to even realise that whilst the Uk went into war due to Hitlers' invasion of Poland, Churchill effectively ended the war by signing away Poland and many Eastern European countries to being the empire which was the USSR. That with all the wise judgements, choices and decisions by Churchill was a deal worth doing in order to end the second world war. Yet, Boris Johnson did not have the same levels of reasoning as Churchill had, he had the most reckless attitude towards Russia that any leader has ever had publicly to any other country. The go away and shut up mindset of the UK from combined with public school boy propaganda, pre end of Empire paradigm playing up to his own voters in a type of 'popularist' sort of way that totally and completely excludes real facts and reasoning put the UK not only in contrast to it's own two closest neighbours, France and Ireland, it not only caused Commonwealth countries to consider, no the UK really hasn't moved on and thus chose to leave the Commonwealth, It's not only created a situation where there has been an out of touch deluded paradigm taken in the world in terms of the best results of peace making this century, there is the antithesis of effective global diplomacy at play in the world as a result. The influence of the UK in the world coupled with there being just such a failed diplomat in the form of Boris Johnson, that combined with two US administrations not sharing information, and then legal cases both today in the UK trying to figure out exactly what has really even occurred in Uk and US politics in the past seven years within the country, never mind on the International stage has gone on to prove conclusively once again, that some world leaders shifting the narrative of global issues, completely towards their own national agenda is more than enough required to create such geo-political adversity in terms of mutual understandings being possible amongst such diverse countries, there is more than enough failures in communication, diplomacy and mutual awareness between countries to effectively create the conditions of not only a war, but with the alignment of countries going behind one side or another enough geo-political contrast to potentially take the world into a world war.
'If we are going to use Johnson rhetoric to try and understand the world of today. Then we have recently had 'the Mandela tyranny of black rule in the way of South Africa in the name of mediation and peace making, go with seven other Piccaninnies, with Watermelon smile leaders go to Ukraine and Russia to try and mediate peace to prevent an entire continent being ruined famine and economic crisis caused by the war, that he obstructed the mediation for ending. There has been the largest geo-political shift of countries by people he describes as 'looking like letterboxes and bank robbers' away from the Western influenced International banking system towards Brics membership.?The fuc@ Business policy seemed to work with many businesses relocating from the UK to Europe and exporting from the Uk more complicated than previously. The lets get naked, show Putin how tough we are and get our pecks out has since resulted in implications where there have been hypersonic missiles sailing within ten miles of Dover. Preventing, mediation for peace talks between President Zelensky and President Putin seems to have worked and kept the war going.?Russia did not shut up and go away, it opened up and went into Ukraine a few months after Johnson challenged Putin.??
The problem in the UK today is that the same mindset that created so much of the thinking that has egged the war on geo-politically has in fact being trying to shelter and protect the legacy of Boris Johnson by trying to withhold the truth about even the Covid and Partygate inquiry, let alone the rest of the carry on. That has effectively sowed the seeds of more chaos in world politics than is even seen in the bathroom mirror each morning in respect to the whig hair style which is synonymous to the reasoning in Uk politics when human beings were sold off as property, hundreds of years before the invention of nuclear weapons! In the USA they talk of 'Trump derangement syndrome' The UK has been suffering from 'Johnson derangement syndrome' Everyone has to social distance, other than those in the wannabe Julius Cesar/Churchill elite who can either join the party or join Boris Johnson reality syndrome that plays out on the world. Why can't the world be like Pepper pig world? It can't be and it's not and anyone that needs to ask that question should never have been a principle influencer in world affairs.???
Article published from The Voice.????
BORIS JOHNSON is on the ropes over ‘party-gate’ but if Britain, as a whole, had listened to black Britain he would never have held public office in the first place due to his history of racist comments.
Here is a reminder of just some of his remarks made in some of the UK’s national newspapers.
‘Piccaninnies?/?watermelon smiles‘
Writing in?The Telegraph ?in 2002, Mr Johnson infamously referred to black people as “piccaninnies” as he weighed in on Tony Blair’s frequent trips abroad in his column.
“What a relief it must be for Blair to get out of England. It is said that the Queen has come to love the Commonwealth, partly because it supplies her with regular cheering crowds of flag-waving piccaninnies,” he wrote before going on to liken their to “watermelon smiles”.
‘Bring back colonialism‘
While as an editor for?The Spectator ?in the same year, Mr Johnson said colonialism in Africa should never have ended and downplayed Britain’s brutal part in the trans-Atlantic slave trade.
“Consider Uganda, pearl of Africa, as an example of the British record. Are we guilty of slavery? Pshaw. It was one of the first duties of Frederick Lugard, who colonised Buganda in the 1890s, to take on and defeat the Arab slavers,” he wrote. “The best fate for Africa would be if the old colonial powers, or their citizens, scrambled once again in her direction; on the understanding that this time they will not be asked to feel guilty.”
The former shadow secretary of state for women and equalities, Marsha de Cordova, described his comments as an “insult”.
“Boris Johnson’s past comments are an example of why we need to educate people about the impact of colonialism, she said.
“The legacy of British colonialism and its role in the slave trade is a scar on our society. To infer this is something to be proud of, and that African countries are worse off because they are no longer ruled by the empire, is an insult to millions.”
‘Letterboxes’
In August 2018, in another article for?The Telegraph, ?said full-face veils worn by some Muslim women should not be banned, but it was “absolutely ridiculous” they chose to “go around looking like letterboxes”. He then went on to compare them to bank robbers”.
His comments were reported to have caused an increase in Islamaphobic crimes in the capital.
‘Muslims centuries behind’
He went on to further target the Muslim community in an essay added to his 2006 book? The Dream of Rome ,
(correction mathematics, architecture, astronomy, libraries, street lighting originated from the muslim world to be specific London and Paris were two centuries behind Cordoba in street lighting to provide one example.)?
?arguing that the Islamic religion resulted in the Muslim world being “literally centuries behind”.
‘Mandela: tyranny of black rule’
Other comments include how he accused the late Nelson Mandela of steering the “majority tyranny of black rule” after the atrocities of apartheid and reduced China to a country that existed as “an incubator of strange diseases” and a vast polluted landscape of Victorian factories,” before referring to former US president as “part-Kenyan” in what was labelled as “dog -whistle racism”.
Stereotyping Nigerians
In 1999?he wrote ?in the Independent: “All the young people I know – ie those under 30 – are just as avaricious as we flinty Thatcherite yuppies of the 1980s in fact, they have an almost Nigerian interest in money and gadgets of all kinds.”
‘Black muggers’
Writing in The Guardian ?at the time of the inquiry into the racist murder of Stephen Lawrence, Johnson spoke of his fear of black men: “When I shamble round the park in my running gear late at night, and I come across that bunch of black kids, shrieking in the spooky corner by the disused gents, I would love to pretend that I don’t turn a hair…?I cannot rule out that I have suffered from a tiny fit of prejudice.
“I have prejudged this group on the basis of press reports, possibly in right-wing newspapers, about the greater likelihood of being mugged by young black males than by any other group. And if that is racial prejudice, then I am guilty.”
His racist book
In his novel,?Seventy Two Virgins , Johnson made several numerous racist and misogynistic slurs.
Near the beginning of the book Johnson uses an extended metaphor to depict a traffic warden working in Westminster as a “hunter-gatherer” because he is an African immigrant.
He wrote of the character: “He went down Horseferry Road, past the obelisks with their odd pineapple finials, past the bearded stone Victorians who had conquered the continent from which he came, and he, the colonial, became to hunt in the former imperial metropolis.”
In a separate section describing one mixed-race character’s thoughts about himself, Johnson wrote: “The interesting thing about his half-caste looks, he decided, was that he didn’t look Negroid.” On another occasion Johnson describes the same character as “the faintest coffee colour”.
He also used the word ‘coon’ in the book.
MPs including Dawn Butler and Liberal Democrat Christine Jardine have all called on the PM to consider his comments and views on marginalised communities made in articles, books and statements throughout the years.
In the coming weeks, as alleged evidence of an investigation into Downing Street parties is yet to be revealed, many hope that it would be the catalyst to bring an end to Mr Johnson’s overdue time at No 10 in a year that has seen the publication of the controversial?race report.
The PM has frequently argued that some of his past remarks have been taken out of context and has yet to offer a formal apology for his historical comments.
Taking a broader view.?
With the Coffee coloured comment made does seem like he has issues with his own ancestry being of Turkish origin. His issues with Russia, perhaps due to his first name. I don't understand the narcissistic natural of how Boris Johnson thinks, though when I consider the conversations about Eugenics, his statements in their?entirety, the events that have played out and are playing out today. Simply right and left definitions do not correlate with what he does nor what he says. It seems to me, being by his description 'coffee' coloured that he has allowed racism to get in front of national and international security. By not allowing for the knowledge of my peace roadmap work which was essential to peace making in recent years between various countries.?
The failure of holding to account Boris Johnson for years is unmistakably a very significant factor in where the Uk and the world is today.?It's been a combination of rhetoric, selectivity of the facts, racism presented as 'humour' and popularism based principally upon the public knowing something was wrong, and misdirection. There has been a succession of prime ministers copying, trying to copy and lying about the origin of political strategy work they stole and did not understand themselves, the masking of gross incompetence with apportioning misdirected blame towards the other party and when that no longer worked towards the EU and when that no longer worked towards Russia and China. The agenda was to hold back climate change progress, in order to increase profit for themselves and their colleagues and cronies.?

The withholding of vitally important life saving information in the context of Covid19 prevent treatments. Then the incorrect suppression of information in the context of corruption in the withholding of the Integrity Initiative Report, which Hillary Clinton cited was in the best interest for the report to be released and had that been done then it would have proven the narrative that Russia had prevented WW3 twice through it's diplomacy, and completely disproved the false narrative that Russia was meddling in elections in the context of the election of President Trump, as wrongly cited in the Steele Dossier and as disproven in the USA's first impeachment trial.??
The reality of the situation of today is there are the effects of past wrongdoing occurring at the pace of geo-political positioning by countries and within countries ie specifically in Russia and yet the USA is effectively caught between two legal cases trying to figure out what really has happened in the recent past. There is a Covid investigation in the UK seeking to fully understand what really went on in terms of the Covid inquiry, there is a level of concern in both the ruling and opposition parties in both the USA and the UK of past wrong doing being brought up that affects their parties and leadership today and therefore there is a type of 'go slow' obstruction to Judiciary processes that is going on by all sides for concern of potential prosecutions, yet all the time this is happening, there is not a real, true and fully clear perception of exactly what has actually taken place in the context to issues that are so quickly affecting the entire world and in some locations are causing people to fight for their lives on both sides in a war.?
Whilst Ukraine certainly wants to defend itself as well as it possibly can, in order to be able to do that, it's dependent upon the West, which in a way is locked into a judiciary process in trying to fully discover and find out all the rights and the wrongs that have created the entire situation in the first place. There is one clear certainty today, more so than ever before. There is a need for an immediate ceasefire, if for no other reason at all that to enable the law courts in the UK and the USA to even catch up and find out what exactly has gone on, in terms of the un-accountability of leaders in terms of fully representing International diplomacy in the past, either due to the fact that they had overriding personal electoral agenda's in their own countries or they withheld vitally important information in diplomacy from being known and fully acknowledged.?
If there is not a ceasefire, then whilst the situation in Ukraine is potentially dire, terrible and so destructive. In the context of Russia the situation could get potentially worse. Whilst that could be perceived to be of benefit and advantage to Ukraine, which of course it is in the context of their own immediate plight to defend their country. In the context to the rest of the world including Ukraine, there is another logical line of reasoning that an underlying greatest risk ever to the stability of the entire system of country's and country's leaders having the same type of power as there has been in the past for centuries, millennia. The risk of nuclear weapons supply chaos to factions is today the biggest risk there has ever been and if there is a division in Russia in terms of the control of nuclear weapons then every nuclear watchdog and regulatory organisation in the world for nuclear weapons would be effectively helpless in being able to produce any form of regulatory control.?To be specific?a cult?from any country or belief system in the world, with any possible belief system in the world would have more power in the world than NATO, USA, North And South Korea, Russia, Israel, UK and France combined. Why? They could target any country and create a scenario that causes one country or block of countries to believe that the attack came from the other group of block of countries and that could set off a type of 'Dr Strangelove response'. So in other words the issue that is in the USA and UK's most important national interest today is not any issue within the country. The issue is within Russia.?
If Putin and Wagner are in contrast and there are two factions or more and that then converts into an armed conflict then that creates for the first time ever more than a nuclear weapons uncertainty between the consideration in terms of the intention of other countries. What we enter into is a shambolic type of situation where it's almost only a matter of time before the biggest nuclear fear, concern and risk does not even come from a country any more. It comes from the lowest common denominator in terms of thinking and rationale that is able to afford the cost of nuclear weapons on the open market. The risks are so great that nuclear weapons could end up on the open market possibly via the dark web, there would be a justifiable hypothesis to be had to their being such a seemingly adverse policy taken to even considering the closing of the internet, which of course is not possible. Yet, even a measure as dramatic as that would not be enough of a measure to be able to guarantee the protection of any country or any population.
Russia descending into a civil war is not only enough to cause the end of the modern world, it could cause the end of the modern world if there is anything other than a single government in charge of Russia. Even then there could be unknown factions that have differing opinions to Moscow as there already are with some Russians on the side of Ukraine.
The World has to escape a pepper pig world type of paradigm of reasoning to remain in a national and international consensus driven modern world.?
This may appear to be like humour, yet it's not I make the above statement in all seriousness.?
'Why can't the world just be like Pepper Pig World'? This can be likened to a statement made by the leader of a cult in a few months time that worst case scenario have a nuclear capability? Why does the world need to have this type of people. 'This type of people' of course could relate to any type of people. The world could be in unchartered waters with no way back the threshold crossed, where countries are not the only entities in charge, in other words a failing Russia could make nation states the second most influential factor influencing world affairs which is everything other than helpful.?
In marital relationships, it's often cited by therapists that 'the most unreasonable person in the relationship can actually be the person controlling the relationship'. That line of reasoning, the level of wisdom and intelligence that has enabled countries to mostly be sensible enough to remain mostly at peace could be lost. The ideals of my country is bigger or more powerful than yours, you had better conform to what we are saying, could be a paradigm that goes from world affairs for centuries to gone forever as the world literally waits with baited breath for the next security risk to become known from any type of group, cult, organisation with any possible belief system. Whilst it's clear there have been dangerous cults in the world in the past, it's also clear that there were times that they simply could not be mediated with and lethal action was taken in order to avert a greater potential risk. Well that option, that consideration could be lost for ever if Russia divides.?
President Biden and King Charles 111 and the prime minister are due to meet. If the conversation is orientated around how can we help Ukraine to defeat Russia, what can be done? What new weapons supplied if the conversation is at that logical level only, then they are inadvertently having a conversation without realising it, how can be change the world order so much that countries are no longer in charge, but cults with resources and the most off the wall belief systems are in charge??
The defeat of Russia, or the attempted defeat of Russia creates four potential nuclear risk scenarios. 1. The 'legally legitimised use of nuclear weapons by a country'. 2. The illegitimate use of nuclear by the sabotage of nuclear infrastructure. 3. The risk of nuclear weapons being used by any faction inadvertently created in Russia. 4. The risk of nuclear weapons by an organisation that cannot be controlled or monitored as no government or external organisation may even realise they exist until after nuclear weapons are either threatened to be used or are used.?
The reality is that anyone questioning 'why can't the real world be like.....' with the resources to buy nuclear weapons that could be created by a coup or a civil war in Russia creates a situation of all geo-politics becoming completely unknowable. Not only that all media in terms of all news could become almost seemingly irrelevant as there would be literally no authority in terms of being able to fully understand any narrative. Even the notion of sabre rattling bringing countries closer to conflict unless there is effective mediation and diplomacy would be lost. We simply would live in a world not knowing what unbalanced person, with any set of ideals or beliefs could cause. Not only would all the certainties of human development have been lost, it would not even be possible and realistic to be able to conclusively be able to say in geo-politics. 'Let's look at all the facts,'?in any given situation. The full facts in any security scenario would simply be unobtainable. The risks in this type of world would be as great for the East as the West, as much for any other country based upon any form of values system that could be disagree with.?
The countries with the most power today would be the countries with the greatest risk of being affected the most if there were nuclear weapons on the open market. The countries with the least International influence today would be the countries least likely targeted. The risks of being in any 'important city location in the world' would become a far greater risk than being in any rural location yet with a connection to the internet and the rest of the world. Simply by Russia losing the war in Ukraine or more so within it's own borders in any way more than has already happened completely dwarfs any other geo-political risk there has ever been in history.?
Even the supply of cluster bombs. Could be the straw that breaks the camels back in terms of the morale of Russian conscripts then the domino effect of that could be civil war in Russia and the unaccountability of the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in the world. We are that close to all being lost that in comparison to what could happen a meteor heading towards Earth could be considered not too different from the paradigm shift in terms of global insecurity that could occur. For the USA and Nato to be able to effectively position today in the name of global security. They would do well to put the national interest of Ukraine top of the priority list and at the top of the priority list also have Russia remaining united. There is only one possible way on Earth to be able to do that, and that is a peace process that works in practice asap. that begins with a ceasefire, that then would give all sides in Russia what they want, ie a stop to the fighting and the chance to mediate properly with Ukraine.?
What has to be considered is that if there are factions in Russia there will be more than one line of reasoning towards each and every aspect of this war. One faction could consider the use of nukes against Ukraine to be their policy, the other not, one could consider Ukraine, Nato, the USA, Uk, Poland or any other country to be the cause of this the other not. In short the only possible way to maintain control in Russia is by there being mediation, a peace process.?
There really has got to stop being only references made to the Second world war, if these are being used to try and understand the situation of today, this war like all wars is completely different from any other war and the risks of this war to the entire world are infinitely more than all other wars combined.?
Winston Churchill did sense the risk of war with Russia almost one hundred years ago and his good judgement then was to avoid that at almost all costs. It's this level of reasoning that needs to prevail today and the talking back of this entire situation as cautiously as possible. The truth is that the risks of this war going more wrong are a risk to the entire world of unequalled comparison. Let's just be realistic here, if Hitler would have won, he was not planning for the entire destruction of countries yet that is what could happen if there is not the integrity of Russia maintained.?
From here we have to start at the beginning. We have to value firstly the concept,?the shared concept of countries. That's what countries are, they are shared concepts first and foremost. In order to be able to protect that, there has to be a regulatory practice that works for all nuclear weapons. That has to be regulated by the correct authorities in the world. To have that there cannot be any 'out of control countries' with nuclear weapons. Whilst today there is disagreement over which countries should have nukes and which should not, anything other than countries having nukes is a risk exponentially greater.?
In order to avoid that scenario there is only one possible course of action and that is for Russia and Wagner or any other rebellion within Russia forces to be as one, and to not have factions. In order for there to be that requires listening to what Moscow wants, and that is a peace process.?
The best peace process is the China combined with Africa peace process proposal.
?If for a very much secondary consideration Nato or the West need to adapt, rename that in order to be able to make that work or to add in mediators seeking to help bind the peace proposal together into being a viable process then that is an option, yet what's required the most is the awareness of the urgency of the global situation, this makes any national situation secondary. If the International situation is not fully resolved beginning with a ceasefire there are too few certainties in the context of International security to really know were the world actually is today.?
So the word peace process, peace proposal, peace roadmap are the most important words of today. This brings the thinking of the West into alignment with the East, into alignment with what Russia and Wagner want and what Ukraine really actually needs. More weapons to Ukraine? There does not need to be that with an immediate ceasefire that can be instigated via the peace proposal by China universally accepted.?President Zelensky wants to lead his people back into peace. So too does Russia and Wagner. They need the help of the wider world to be able to do that. We must not allow the world to get to a position where for the first time, nuclear weapons since their first day are not the sole property of countries. The only way to avoid that is peace making.????
?To go into the China Peace Proposal in my opinion is essential. It will help bridge differences between different thinking in Russia and different thinking between the West and the East. However, this is a statement recently made by Russia.?
The announcement by?
Russia's "special military operation" in Ukraine would end within days if the West stopped shipping weapons to the battered nation, a top Kremlin official said Wednesday.
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev also defended the Russian military, which has struggled to gain ground since early land grabs in the 16-month war. The Russian army is "modern and heroic (despite) experiencing certain problems, like any army,'' he said.
Medvedev, Russia's former president, also made an allusion to nuclear weapons as another way to end the war. It's the second time in a week he has raised the specter of nuclear war, recently saying the invasion of Ukraine could last for decades and "quite probably" could end in nuclear war.
"Actually, any war, even a world war, can stop very fast," he said Wednesday. "Either if a peace treaty is signed or if one does what the U.S. did in 1945, when it used its nuclear weapons (at) Hiroshima and Nagasaki. They have, indeed, ended the war campaign back then, at a cost of lives of almost 300,000 civilians."
Answer to a question on Quora. What Boris Johnson got wrong?
He withheld the release of ‘The Integrity Initiative Report’ The implications of him doing that is there have been a totally incorrect and false narrative in UK and US politics since 2017. That caused the incorrect representation of Russia and China. That withheld answers to North and South Korea mediation. The result of that is nuclear war threats to the UK.
The reality of the situation is that the only people that really have any real clue about what’s really happened in UK politics from 2004 until today that has resulted in the biggest threat and risk to the British People, the country and the Western world as a whole are two groups of people.
In short the release of this report would have proven that Russia was essential in preventing a world war twice in 2017. The content confirming this is linked with hidden documents that are being looked at by US courts. The UK police, intelligence services need to act fast in obtaining all the information on this.
The truth is that G7 and G21 leaders know that there is something that has gone very wrong in UK politics. They know that Boris Johnson is a very significant part of this. This is why he has been snubbed various times publicly. ‘Lets get naked, lets show Putin how tough we are, lets get our pecks out! This was said at a G7 conference seven months before Russia went into Ukraine. Previously to that when he was Foreign Minister he held a press conference at a bomber command centre in Kent and was talking about Russia. After the G7 conference he sent war ships to Crimea. Yet, just months before his statement at bomber command. Russia had been the first mediating country together with China to bring about a peace process between North and South Korea and also mediate with Israel, Turkyie and Syria to prevent the war in Syria from getting worse which it would have done had Russia not mediated between the three countries.
So Bojo withheld vitally important information about peace processes, even when publicly advised by one of the most influential of all US politicians Hillary Clinton to release the facts. He also repeatedly threatened Moscow and effectively challenged Putin directly with the EU and G7 sitting next to him, where they were visually not comfortable with what was said.
So the reason that Putin has threatened missile attacks on Salisbury Cathedral is due to The Magna Carta being in that building. That is British Law and that has been continuously broken by various Prime Ministers, and yet the cover up of that not revealed due to the withholding of the Integrity Initiative Report. The combination of totally incorrectly representing of Putin and Russia, which will be certainly found out in future in court cases, combined with threats, combined with Boris Johnson talking President Zelensky from meeting for peace talks with President Putin, as cited by Israel. Put Putin into the potion of knowing there was a campaign from the UK that was anti Russia and that included the unproven Steele Dossier, disproved by the US in the first impeachment trial.?
Yet, also, there was a treatment to Covid which had vast amounts of circumstantial evidence long before any vaccine was invented anywhere in the world. The knowledge was loosely referred to in the USA and being ‘theraputics’ The findings of this and the case for why this was effective was confirmed by a medically trained MP. The content of this was later proven by institutions such as Royal Imperial College and Edinburgh University to be valid, true, and proven.
The same content of this was also in the documentation that questioned a speculative treatment called MMS, that was endorsed by some German Doctors. In the documentation, it was cited that US medical professionals could be questioned on their opinion of this. President Trump having incorrectly interpreted what was written questioned the press rather than doctors, if bleach was a viable treatment to Covid19. Bleach rather than MMS. Questioning journalists rather than privately questioning medical doctors. So this confusion in the USA that gained lots of media coverage was again caused by the lies and the deception in terms of political strategy work that was originating from the UK. The reason for the confusion was the incorrect representation of the true data and that was caused by the non release of the report on The Integrity Initiative.
So whilst this was a questioned treatment from the same documents. The other treatments were proven to be?true and real and yet to this day there has not been a statement made that there are natural, tried, tested and proven forms of treatment and prevention in the context of immunity and Covid19.
So there were the statements made about crowd immunity, and this quickly changed, statements about it being good to go out doors, to exercise. This information would have been obtained from the same source and yet the actual natural treatments that were conclusive in terms of logic, enough for a medical practitioner and MP to support, were to this day completely ignored.?Nightingale Hospital ready for patients and yet people with Covid were sent back to care homes in order to contaminate the very people that Winston Churchill had helped save from the Blitz.?
My peace roadmap work is the work that was used twice to prevent WW3 in 2017.?The only reason that there was not knowledge of this and of both China and Russia’s commitment to the Universal interest of all through peace making was due primarily to Boris Johnson not releasing the Integrity initiative report.
‘Shall we show Putin how tough we are’ whilst obscuring the truth about peace processes and Russian involvement in these. Whilst disregarding what were proven to be effective treatments to covid, whilst colleagues were profiting financially, whilst the British people were not only kept out of the loop on effective treatments, this was happening as there was an over confident Conservative Party Partying as they had seen enough evidence to prove that they would be safe from the virus.?
I do not stand by in any way shape or form the terrible effects of war and of war crimes that have happened in Ukraine. I’m as much with the people of Ukraine wanting peace as I am with the Russian people wanting peace. Before questioning me. I work five hours per day writing peace roadmaps. My work has prevented or enabled the exiting of four wars. I supplied the White House with peace roadmaps on a continual basis for the four years of the Trump presidency. The choices made then for peace making has given you the chance to be able to use the internet today and to read this. The paradigms presented by Johnson were wrong, incomplete and politically motivated in terms of of both Covid as well as peace processes.?
This?is largely how it really is in this world where we have come close to complete failure of geo-political relations. Yet, the truth of all this has been kept in boxes, and concealed on purpose by Boris Johnson, and others before him that were also a part of The Integrity Initiative.
So as a result of my commitment to writing peace roadmaps I today have two credible threats on my life. What’s more I was unable to speak out about this previously fully as too few people were interested in even listening. It was me that wrote the original political strategy work that Boris Johnson used as mayor of London. It was my work that answered and solved London’s transport crisis of 2003, as cited by Tony Blair and Ken Livingstone. All of the best political strategy work of Boris Johnson as mayor was stolen from me. (Reference Tory party Conference 2009, Birmingham, introduction to Big Society) The real reason that Boris Johnson did not release the Integrity Initiative Report was due to the fact that this would have proven that he misled Parliament as Mayor of London. In order to protect that he has endangered the British people more so now than at any time in previous history. If you are in the UK today, there are nuclear threats and if they did happen the only reason for this would be due to Boris Johnson not listening to Hillary Clinton, one of the most well informed of all US politicians. IE Second Lady, Presidential candidate and longest serving Secretary of State. Yet, Boris Johnson ignored this and what’s more neither the House of Commons, House of Lords or any other institution challenged this to this day.
It’s due to this complete failure of accountability in the UK political system, throughout the entire UK political system that has put you, a person in the UK into a position of potentially losing your life as a direct result of the lies, the half truths, the incomplete information that has resulted from a totally unaccountable Julius Cesar wanabe Winston Churchill that barged his way into power by lying to the House of Commons, the electorate and then Internationally to other world leaders until they were savvy enough to realise what had really happened.
So from here, what’s the best way forward? I’m more than prepared to give more complete statements to any British Judiciary Inquiry. I say to any Russian, Ukrainians reading this to encourage your government to restrain all actions in Ukraine. Let the UK legal system figure out what has happened. . Yes, you read your political papers each day, you think you know most of what’s been going on, you think the other side is wrong and yet there honestly really is so, so, so, so much that has not been in any media, that is influencing choices today.
What I want to see is that the nuclear threats by any of the sides involved in the war in Europe subsides, that both sides, that all sides realise that the pace of events happening in the world have been moving much faster than the full understanding of the past has been getting known.
Boris Johnson has been running away from the implications of incorrect thinking in the past, and simply trying to push forward and not really take responsibility for the information he has withheld. This is information that was critical to preventing an extension of the war in Ukraine, done this for reasons that were then and certainly now not serving fully the interests of the British people. He needs to stop avoiding inquiries, take responsibility for the situation and realise that he has been a massive part in creating a crisis that unless exposed fully does certainly risk the possibility of a war coming to the UK and the British people. That is something I want to avoid. Yet that scenario could become an unstoppable situation unless the UK works actively in finding out how the country really and truly got into this situation and in seeking to obtain the very best potential way out.
The non release of ‘The Integrity Initiative Report is not only holding back important information on Covid as well as previous peace processes. It’s unduly making the Uk a potential risk of being war.
I do understand why Boris Johnson would not have wanted his books from the time of Covid released and considered by law courts. There will be messages and references made in those books that at first glance they will perhaps not understand. If they hear my full statement first they will better understand what was really going on in the head of the Prime Minister at the time of Covid. I’m not surprised at all that there was an effort made to not release this information. What I would advise Rishi Sunak is to respond as soon as possible to the letter I sent. I do understand that he has a contrasted sense of loyalty between serving country, past colleagues and the wider interest of the world. Now will be a very much more difficult time for him than most people realise. My advice is to do anything other than the usual thing politicians do which is to be selective with information or to be biased to one way of reasoning. Today the issues are much, much bigger than that and the implications of the past are playing out in the real world each day. I would say to Boris Johnson that he was pulled into a situation caused by other people, past leaders. Do not fear justice, when the paradox to that is drift in terms of understanding for all and that is covering over what is potentially a deadly threat to the British people. acting as best as possible in the here and now is essential.?
I believe that many countries want a full, true and complete assessment in the UK as to why and how so many half truths and assumptions by various sides have created to scenario the world is in today.
What the UK and USA simply have not taken?on board, know, understand, accept the paradigm that my work was important in preventing WW3, 4, 5, 6 from 2017 by leaders using my peace roadmap work. (Korea's, Syria, Iran, India/Pakistan) This has been not known publicly , yet from recordings in the media, and my own experience at the time. I know that the conversation relates to the peace roadmap I sent. In plain English President Trump wanted to present my work as his work. In his own words. 'I don't need a fifteen year failure to try and tell me how to negotiate a deal with North Korea, boy do I get a big kick out of that.' There is not as effective peace process in North Korea as there could be, he over emphasised his abilities in this regard and the vast disparity between original work and the different method he used was never made publicly known.??
The situation today is largely a result of incorrect representation of International diplomacy/peace processes/roadmaps during the Trump administration, and up until this day. The setting the record straight has not happened and yet without honesty in terms of peace processes, simply threats in the context of you do this and we will do that is the wrong type of tit-for tat entirely in this situation. The worlds diplomacy has not been held together with 'maximum pressure' by the West but by 'maximum cooperation East and West in diplomacy many more times than has been recognised. Therefore, what's deemed by some countries to be the archetypal template to keep the world out of war is exactly what's putting the world into escalation of increased war.?No matter how much I attempt to communicate this truth, which is so evident to me having written four successful or reasonably successful peace processes, there is simply disbelief. The Trump line of reasoning that it was and is 'maximum pressure' put into diplomacy rather than 'maximum cooperation' does not get acknowledged. The politicians are literally talking us into a nuclear war and obstructing peace processes and yet not even realising what they are doing.?
?The risks today for life on Earth are caused mostly by lie, upon; lie. A lack of paying attention to detail in the very most important area of our existence peace processes and diplomacy.??
To be able to change the narrative from a massive lie to the truth is an effort, it requires some to voluntarily to?
lose a conceptual or intellectual battle and yet that is better than taking this war beyond its current?containment, which is the threshold or possibly thresholds of where the situation could be. If 'the world' continues to make 'Putin the inevitable loser in all this', he is increasingly likely to bring others, 'the world' down with him. Some discord put into the existing narrative, that he is all bad, is the best form of positioning toward there being progress out of this.
My work has done more for international peace making than anyone else in recent days, months years, decades.?There are paradigms of reasoning in geo-politics, attempts at mediation, negotiation which I see as aligned to the reasoning of my peace roadmap documents, these indications not correctly interpreted are creating more of a belief of uncertainty than would otherwise be detected.?
Nuclear power plant concerns.?
The problem with this entire situation ie nuclear plant is that 'fear' and 'normal methodology' , 'conventional thinking' in the usual way cannot be effectively applied to such an 'unconventional situation'. The belief that this is even possible, is in my opinion obstructing best reasoning in the moment. IE that's not how we do things, therefore best steps are considered not valid.
So in fact process and an attachment to 'past thinking processes' in such very different scenarios are preventing the best most well reasoned thinking of today. Preventing a better path out of entire situation being obtainable. If we think only in terms of biplanes and muskets the war in going to be lost by all. If systems are updated to the new most recently tried and tested method which I understand, there is perhaps the best chance to all get out of this via win-win peace roadmaps. Changing the narrative of Nato I believe is more important than actually who is NATO's leader. The decision of Nato to work with Ukraine in future, yet for Ukraine not to be a member currently makes sense, as long as there is an immediate effort into peace making for the benefit of Russia as well. An insecure Russia does not create a secure Ukraine, no matter who and what is in support of Ukraine, that has to be considered.??
In other words re-setting the context of the war 'from the Trump and Johnson' influenced paradigms which is how things have progressed to such a situation today is the easiest way for all out of this. To be more specific I was writing win-win through peace making roadmaps, President Trump was to a significant extent instigating these. he was citing that it was all his own thinking and work. May and Johnson were going along with that line of reasoning. Russia and China were written out of the script as being mediators as were other nations, Johnson was antagonising Russia, excluding information of the good diplomacy by Russia and other countries, due to the The Integrity Initiative, which Hillary Clinton had publicly to Johnson her concerns about. The incorrect representation of past peace processes and therefore the International interpretation of his leadership could be the underlying reason as to why President Putin acted the way that he has done. What is the evidence of this? His reference to the peace process for talks between North and South Korea, the same peace process that had information withheld from the Biden administration. If Putin could not be known and remembered as a great peacemaker he would settle for the opposite. (this is again surmising, I really don't know motives, or beliefs, I'm joining dots up on what I observe and juxtaposing that with what I know.
Whilst Russia does dismiss the notion that it's considering blowing up the nuclear power station assertions made by Ukraine as being untrue.?
The current situation with nuclear power stations has gone from a war to more like a 'hostage situation'. Before going into hostage 1 situation. It's necessary to consider if there could be a second 'Hostage situation'. Nuclear power station threat to Ukraine, ( Wagner possibly obtaining nukes, to leverage Moscow. IE Putin has power plant pointed at Europe, Wagner has nukes pointed at Putin. Putin asking for a peace process, Wagner saying that better be obtained. (This is just my own speculation and trying to intuit what's really happening) Reverting back to the 'knowable aspects' as cited by Ukraine. Two reactors switched off and explosives on the power station. The 'demand' made by members of Putin's inner circle for a peace process. Pressure on President Putin both externally and internally.
Some of that pressure should be calmed, and released, there has to be some hope out of this situation for him, he sees the only hope as being a peace process and therefore on that basis is blackmailing Europe, (yet he may being blackmailed to achieve that goal himself by Wagner.)
Relating to this as being more like a hostage situation than a war, or a hostage situation within a war, is helpful I believe at this moment. What do we know about the hostages? Large proportion of the population Europe. What do we know about 'the possible hostage' giving the orders? His plan is seemingly not working out, blames the world. The world blames him, he blames the world more, the world blames him more. That is how the narrative in the West reads, yet the meetings with the East and many leaders of many countries such as Shanghie and Brics create a different perception. Yet, unmistakably, there is a feedback loop where 'experts' and media reporting the news are inadvertently adding to the pressure that's perpetuating the situation. What's the answer, stop the news? No substantially change the theme, the direction of the news.?
'The media and opinion' continually telling Putin he is strategically failing is resulting in more desperate actions seemingly. What's he likely to do next? Make another strategic mistake in a lose, lose way or take a greater risk to try and compensate for previous losses. Watch any casino and you see people taking more risk to compensate for past losses, that seems to be a similar pattern to what's happening.
Stop the Trump/Johnson domestic audience motivated paradigms, and provide more of a rounded and complete geo-political paradigm.

Psychologists will cite, the same thing a child does when continuously told he is in the wrong, yet of he knows himself he is in the right misrepresented then the behaviour invariably continues.
The kid on the playground with a grenade scenario, do we berate and tell him he is bad, he messed up, how much trouble he will be in? Certainly not, by doing that we add only to the pressures that caused him to chose to be in that situation in the first place. Best option is to validate a significant part of his own reasoning, gain rapport and then talk back the situation carefully. In the context of today, however being 'too careful with the narrative' is inadvertently creating more of a risk. Direct verbal debate that 'narrative of the situation is incomplete, is wrong can create a more constructive reframe of the whole situation and from there it's possible to all be positioned more onto the same side, ie none of us want the situation to regress, we all want progress, and then a way is put together as to how this is possible.
This enables all to obtain some immediate hope of there being the basis of an exit strategy from this for both Putin and Wagner and therefore everyone else. Continuing the media coverage/public humiliation of Putin I believe will keep him locked into a position of seemingly he has no other choice to continue as things are.
The statement made in the media in the context of the power station citing that the wind could change direction, does associate Winds of change, that is possibly helpful yet if that is meant to imply that this could be self defeating, that is not a good enough motivational factor to stop this.?There is very clearly an element of desperation in what's happening and trying to consider logic only without factoring in desperation, produces only a limited answer. Yes, in my opinion the situation is every bit as concerning as it seems. Another perspective on this is that nuclear power plant is very close to Turkyie. Turkyie if affected directly by the war would create a shift in Nato that means that there are no Nato countries on the side of peace making. So detonating that by Putin makes peace making seemingly impossible if that was a consideration and could jeopardise the most important, middle ground country's loyalty to peace making. Whilst contaminating 25% of the worlds grain supplies, ie causing famine.
Creating objections, reasoning towards peace making, minimising risk, taking defensive measures has to the best option. Questioning the existing narrative on the years from 2017-2021 puts everyone on the same side, ie everyone is the victim of not knowing the peacemaking and diplomacy truths from that time. Today withholding of information of past peace roadmaps and peace processes is the biggest security risk in the world. Why? It maintains the situation in Ukraine due to what's not fully known. By being fully open about peace processes of recent years asap, before this information may or may not be known by courts in the USA is of benefit to all. Whilst it may be counter intuitive from a position maintaining what's been said, or from even a 'law and justice' perspective to openly speak about the content of a case before that case is fully heard and concluded the information missing from the global narrative is simply too important to be all kept from wider knowledge and awareness or to not be considered fully enough by strategists. Any incorrect interpretation of former peace processes, weakens decision making ability in the here and now. This information can help begin to defuse this situation I believe and yet don't even know that for sure. I have been writing and advising since before 2021 of the need for the record to be set straight on former International diplomacy in the context of peace making. The paradigm of 'maximum pressure' taking all the media, without the narrative of 'maximum cooperation' has simply caused there to be a 'maximum pressure' situation created by Russia on the West.
A narrative where he has had good reasoning, this acknowledged, in the broader scheme of reasoning is a chance to keep nukes out of this. Irrespective of what anyone in the West, thinks, knows, believes or says. President Putin in his mind saved the world 2017, it was him and Trump and not Trump alone. In Putin's mind it should have been both him and Trump proposed for the Nobel Peace Prize. There is either going to be an I'm ok, your ok, exit from this hostage situation and therefore that being a part of a peace process to end the war, or there is going to be a lose-lose that happens. How leaders can even position to a situation like this, knowing what to do if that power plant is blown up is much more of a difficult choice to make rather than ensuring that there is more of a middle ground in terms of interpretation that has brough the world into this very concerning situation via the support of?a peace proposal.?
I have written more to edit and post with this, yet the best choice is for peace roadmap writing to go into peace process negotiation and mediation. So there is no specific end to this document as the intention of this is for this to be more of an introduction to a peace process. In order to get to that position some people in office need to put peace making, as soon as possible in the way of talks to the top of the agenda. A theoretical roadmap is of course of help and use, so too is assessment of how the world got into this situation and how the world can possibly exit this with a good and viable future.?
I hope there will be statements made about peace proposals, with renewed consideration that they may be able to work and should at least be fully tried. The USA, EU, NATO, Africa as well as China, Ukraine and Russia all on the same sides as peace making, wanting that is the best progress possible to day and that urge towards peace being more represented.?
I finish off by saying that this is not a thesis written in challenging Boris Johnson, this is geo-politically motivated,?it's more a case of explaining the more full context of the current position the world is in and in trying to find a way out of that, that works for all for a good future.?
I can produce more work and yet require additional resources to be able to do that quickly. I hope there will be more resources for peace making and peace roadmaps authors in future.?
