This time we focus on FOCUS.

As a reminder, here's my definition of Integrated Executive Branding:

Executive branding is designed for current and aspiring executive leaders who want to build a strong professional reputation, laying the groundwork for success and advancing their careers to the next level.

Integrated executive branding extends traditional executive branding by focusing not just on the leader’s personal reputation but also on the performance and success of your team. This approach involves coaching both you the executive and your leadership team, empowering everyone to elevate their personal brands and leadership skills. As team members excel and align with your vision, their collective success enhances your brand and reinforces your reputation as a successful transformational leader.

Focus is at the centre of success

Just before Christmas, I was defrosting the freezer in the garage. In order to do so I had to unplug the cable from the extension lead. I had to be careful not to drop the freezer cable otherwise it would have fallen behind the freezer and the large wine cooler that were both too heavy for me to move to retrieve it (husband was out and I needed to do this!!). Therefore I focused on, 'don't drop the cable, don't drop the cable....' and you've guessed it I dropped the cable! Very similar to telling a child to be careful not to spill the drink...........they focus on not spilling the drink and yes spill it!

So focus does work but of course you have to make sure you focus on the positive outcome and not on what you don't want to happen.
