The Intangible Pole of Convergence (IPC)to the service of the enterprise, evolving in future, through VSME international netting

Briefly, the " Intangible Pole of Convergence" strategy aims to link SME/SMI companies and associated research organizations, primarily involved in R&D. In order, on the one hand, to link, project by project, these various European and peripheral organizations with each other. And on the other hand, those established internationally, beyond the Mediterranean or even the ACP (cf unity is strength).

So, knowing that statisticalstudies inform us that more than 90% of companies around the world are SMEs, shouldn't we think about converging some of them, around clusters for pooling resources and various means (tangible and intangible)?

Moreover, it is what will give a deep foundation to this laudable project of a dynamic European society, by intervening simultaneously in all dimensions: social-technical-economic, cultural and environmental.

This, inside an extended cooperative network, mainly in the areas of cross-transfer of high technologies (see Firmware), in order to remain in phase with the emergencies and their multi-lateral answers, particularly with the European tertiary and industrial recovery plans. By privileging those, ecologically responsible; and therefore compatible with the response to be given to the contemporary global problem.
