In 2020 I started republishing all of the "Ten Things You Need to Know as In-House Counsel" blogs in order. I only got partway through 2015! I will try to post on this project more frequently, but let's open up the creaking door and kick 2021 off with another post from 2015 discussing insurance law basics and what in-house lawyers need to know. Click here to read it. I should have the first new "Ten Things" blog of 2021 out next week sometime. Thanks for reading!
