Working for an Irish Business Centre this role is pivotal in overseeing the Motor Damage ROI function and leading a team of approximately 100 colleagues. My client is looking for someone with proven leadership skills and experience in managing a motor damage function. CIP essential; MDI/ACII/FCII preferred.

Role Highlights:

  • ?? Leadership and Strategy: Motivate teams to provide exceptional service, align with profit and growth strategies, and develop cost control and commercial advantage plans.
  • ?? Claims Environment Analysis: Monitor external factors impacting claims costs and adjust settlement plans accordingly.
  • ?? Team Empowerment: Foster a culture of responsibility and continuous learning to ensure sustainable business performance.
  • ?? Tech Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Derry and Dublin to enhance customer journeys and manage cost controls.

Commercial Claims Handler, Stoke on Trent

Join forces with a premier insurance broker expanding their Claims Team! I'm looking for a skilled Commercial Claims Handler for the Newcastle Under Lyme office. This role is integral in managing claims from start to finish and contributing insights in client meetings.

Role Essentials:

  • ?? Client Engagement: Understand client businesses and provide innovative claims solutions.
